            I paid $239 for a GFI course with ACE and I was suppose to take exam on 28th june. Since I was under medical care I sent an email asking them to reschedule the exam. As they didnt respond before the exam date I paid additional $149 to reschedule the exam and to avoid No Show. Later they asked me to send a medical note to refund of rescheduling fee I paid. I sent the document they asked on 5th July and after that I havent received any response from them. I have sent emails and called many times asking them to respond but no response at all. I am waiting for the refund.

            Avoid signing up with this organization. Their customer service is abysmal, providing inconsistent information and even disconnecting mid-chat. The agent I interacted with made assumptions instead of addressing my actual issue. It's nearly impossible to get a real person on the chat, and my emails and phone messages were never returned. Do not sign up with this organization.
