      I ordered a prank card for a co worker of mine in January and it was never delivered. It was supposed to be delivered the following day but there is no way for me to get in touch with them to let them know. Even though its not a huge amount of money lost but I dont think they are right for them to do absolutely nothing. They dont care as long as they got their $15. The only was to get in touch with them is via email and they refuse to respond. I have contacted the mail carrier and they informed me I had to call Pranks Anonymous before they can assist me with anything, and if course there is absolutely no way to get in touch with Pranks Anonymous.

      I received a package from this company today that has ruined my mental health and overall wellbeing. It was extremely vulgar and hateful and the company has refused to acknowledge theyve allowed anonymous harassment and hate mail to be sent to me freely. Id like to see this business shut down.

      Ordered 2 items on the same day. One was delivered as normal. The second a tracking number was created but shipping service never received the item. Contacted company 5-6 times through several avenues, but never received a response. Has been over a month with no contact from them.

      Bought valentines prank bundle 02/05. 4 days later, I bought it again and asked if they could cancel the first order since it hadn't shipped yet. i incorrectly assumed something went wrong with my card. Amazingly, the first order then shipped. And then the second order shipped right after. Same day as a message saying sorry they couldn't cancel since it had shipped. Both shipping times were 3 to 7 days. Both orders arrived 02/17. I asked for a refund since their valentines Day order arrived horribly late. They said sorry no. Get a call from the person I pranked. The card I sent was horribly sexual. Which was not stated anywhere in the bundle. Her 12 year old saw it and heard it. Advised them of such. They said sorry, no refunds our fine print terms of service (not on any page i saw) states there is explicit sexual content. But it doesn't state it on the page you actually buy the thing from?? Wonder why. This place should be out of business. 2 20 dollar orders wasted, and all they said was sorry, no refunds. Total scam. Interestingly enough, they also took that bundle off of the website now. Probably because the description was left blank. 2 other valentines Day offers still up. I also asked to start a return on the second order 3 times, and they would not do it. Terrible business. Should be illegal what they're doing.

      Date of transaction: December 16, 2022 Amount paid: $17.22 ($19.99 for glitter bomb, $1.99 for funny box tape and $0.99 for a message)Business was meant to provide a message to the recipient, a box wrapped in funny tape as well as the tube of 4oz of the worlds best and biggest glitter. The message was not included, the funny box tape was a 1x1 sticker on one side of a large box when the website showed a tube completely covered in the tape. the glitter was very minimal and not 4 oz like described.Return policy shows this item would qualify as a return.After ordering, I attempted to cancel and/or update both the mailing address and the payment method. Both my questions were ignored. Once the item shipped, I enquired about my next steps and/or returning the product and this was not resolved. I was told to take it up with ***** who could also not help with the problem. Immediately after receiving the item I, again, contacted the company to return the item and was told my request was in a queue. Meanwhile, my return window is close to expiring.My order number is ****, tracking was ****************************** I have attached all attempted correspondence with the company as well as the order and shipping info.

      I ordered an item from pranks anonymous for $19.99 on Wednesday and immediately realized I put in the wrong address. I contacted them minutes after my order (as per their policy) and asked them to change the address. They replied with an automated message. On Thursday they sent the product to the wrong, original address. Saturday I received a rude and informal email saying they wouldnt return it, and they gave no reason.

      I made an online purchase of a greeting card on November 2nd. It stated 3-5 business days for shipping. After the 6th day I emailed for an update to be told my request is being forwarded to management to process my order. I did not receive any tracking information or the item still after 10 days. I asked them to cancel and refund me, but they said they couldn't. Now they are not replying. Order #****

      10/5/2022 $14.97 I ordered a singing birthday card to be sent to my sister. When the card is opened the music doesn't stop unless you rip the card open. When this happens glitter explodes all over.When my sister got the card in the mail she immediately video called me. The music was so low she couldn't hear it, no big deal. I told her she needs to destroy the card for it to shut off. She ripped the card open but there was no glitter. The packet of glitter was in the corner of the card which would have never been opened because of the placing. Once this happened I was extremely upset. I emailed the company multiple times and asked for a refund for the poor quality of the product as I didn't get what was promised. Multiple emails back and forth with no results. Finally after 14 eamails They state its because I don't have proof. I wouldn't be wasting my time for a $15 transaction. Looking to get help I can forward you all the emails but I do not know how to attach them

      I purchased a card on August 20 2022 and received the wrong one. I have contacted them about getting the right card or a refund. They have answered my emails every time but I continually get the runaround I still have no card which I need it tomorrow and I have no refund I want my $15 back

      I placed an order February 9th 2022. Got an email saying they completed the order Feb 11th 2022 with a tracking number. Several days passed and nothing came, **** tracking says they never received the package from this company which it still says to this day, they have not received the package to deliver it. I emailed once and they responded it should be coming. Now the original account I made ****************** with jbmomma195 as the name is gone which I did not delete it. I made a new account but of course it will not show my previous order. I have sent many more emails to them from two email addresses only to have them returned as undeliverable every single time now. They took the money out of my account for this order but never fulfilled their end and cannot be contacted through their ONLY contact on their page. I either want what I paid for or my money back as right now it seems my money was stolen by a company that doesn't want to fulfill their end of the agreement.

      We recently migrated our site over to Shopify and the email ip address changed.  We hadn't gotten any email since 2/18/2022. We are looking into this. We did respond to all emails received. The original order was handed off to the **** on Feb 11th. We are not sure of why there was not further updates made by the **** after that date. After we were made aware of the situation via Ms. *** emails, we were happy to send her a replacement of her original order and shipped that replacement ( free of charge to **********) on Feb 24th. This reshipment is currently in transit. Tracking number: **** 9400111202508579968755; Latest delivery estimation provided by the ****: Tuesday March 1st. We very sorry for Ms. *** experience, but contrary to her claims we did in fact ship her original order out on the 11th and agin on the 24th. We did not intentionally ignore her emails and tried to rectify the situation as soon as we were made aware. We are happy to issue a full refund to Ms *** is she feels wronged in any way. Very sorry for all this.
