I ordered three jerseys. I only received two of them. And both jerseys were messed up. There were stains, sewing was messed up, and they sent a jersey that was too small. I have contacted the company by email and phone number multiple times. They have refused to do anything to fix this. In fact, the company has failed to return all phone calls. Email responses have been extremely limited, and most emails are ignored. I have attached my order confirmation email and pictures of the damaged jerseys (that I actually received).To make up for this, the company needs to ship the missing jersey.They also need to replace both jerseys that I already received by sending the correct fit, better quality, and no stains.Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 jerseys originally on 11/26/22. After not receiving any update on order status or shipping I initiated contact with the company to inquire on status. After several communications trying to get tracking information my order was delivered 1/13/23, however only 2 jerseys were included and the ********************** was not. I reached out several times following this via email and voicemails without any reply on solution. They did not provide packing invoice with shipment as well.Business Response

I ordered a Napoli soccer shirt on 11/20/22. The order number is Order # *****. The shirt did not reach me until 12/31/22 and, when it did finally arrive, unfortunately the shirt was too small. I informed Jersey **** that I wished to return the shirt, and they give me the address to which it should be returned. I paid to ship the shirt, which I sent via **** on 1/5/23 (tracking number **********************). I got a delivery confirmation that the shirt arrived on 1/7/23. So, per Jersey ****'s stated policy, I did everything I was supposed to do to get a store credit.I then ordered a larger size of the same shirt, Order # ******, which I paid for separately. That arrived without incident. I actually opened an account for this purchase, which I did not for the first item, which may be at the root of the problem. Perhaps Jersey **** cannot associate Order # ***** with my account and thus be able to issue a credit, however, I find it hard to believe that the company cannot figure out that both orders were placed by me, as the same credit card was used and the items shipped to the same address.I would have hoped that, since I had returned the original shirt at my expense and purchased another item from the store for the same price, that the company would honor their side of the deal and issue a refund or at least a store credit. I have tried emailing and phoning the company many times but I get no helpful responses. I have never managed to speak to a live person! I have attached a PDF of the emails that have gone back and forth, though most of they responses seem to be "canned" replies. These clearly show the time line and my efforts to get them to do the right thing. Places an order with Jersey Loco on 11/28/22. Was told due to the holidays orders would be received ***** days after shipment. Its 1/4/23 and still nothing. Every time I reach out to Jersey Loco all they say is that their carriers are working hard and thats all. I ordered from several companies during the holidays and not one had issues like this. On November 21, I ordered three jerseys based on their availability and shipping estimate so that they would arrive before my sons birthday on December 6. It has been over 45 days and there has been no progression in shipping. Twice Ive have received a notice with a tracking number that shows that the package has not been delivered to any carrier. The business has been contacted by me multiple times with email and phone call, but they are not resolving the issue. I would just like my items delivered and responded to. Placed order with Jersey Loco showing a ********** address when ordering on November 28, 2022. Over a month later and three emails sent to Jersey Loco, we still have not received three jerseys ordered for a total price of $109.99. Tracking information sent but says tracking number not valid that was provided by email. Reached out explaining tracking number is not valid, its been three weeks where are the jerseys? Response was, carriers are working as fast as they can. Rest assured your package is safely on its way. I would like the product I ordered or my money back.
