  I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a stained glass suncatcher for my son for Christmas on December 1. On December 14th the Best Custom AI bot said, be patient, it will be there in a few ******* is now December 27th and no suncatcher. I was told my shipping would be refunded a few days ago. No refund. The tracking info says my package is in nearby *******, since December 23rd. I emailed last night (for around the sixth time this month), and the 2 am, AI generated response was, you guessed it, Your package will arrive in a few days.The phone number listed on the website is not a phone number. I WANT TO WARN THE PUBLIC TO AVOID THIS COMPANY.

  *************. Ordered a stained glass suncatcher to memorialize my dog. What I got was a cartoony dog on a piece of plastic that took weeks to even get here from *****. Even after I paid for priority shipping. The description clearly states the piece is glass and the picture example is not even close to the product you receive. And no help from customer service about a refund even though their site says if the product is not as described, you get a refund no questions asked. *************, total scam.

  1 star is more than they deserve. I ordered a glass sun catcher memorial for my dog. I received a piece of plastic that barely resembled a dog. When reaching out to their customer support to receive a refund they told me which side was the front and which side was the back of the sun catcher. They never acknowledged the fact the item i received was clearly not what i paid for. They have since stopped responding. Their return policy is a joke, and their customer satisfaction guarantee is a lie.

  I ordered a pet memorial with spaces to add my dogs collar. The product I received was definitely not what I thought I had ordered. It was much smaller (6x8) and allows about 6 inches for the collar. I had a small dog, and this item is unusable. The collar is too large and the holes make it impossible to display without it. They say they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but its just smoke. Shipping took over a month and customer service was completely unhelpful

  Do NOT order from this company. They are unprofessional and I have not received my order that I purchased over a month ago. I have been having to keep up with them and most of the time they do not reply. BIG SCAM

  I placed an then on June 1st for fathers day and look at today's date and still nothing. I've emailed 2x and no one has had the audacity to answer me. I also paid for priority shipping this company is a joke. There is no way of contacting by phone it is only by email which they completely disregard if I could give 0 stars I would. Please don't order from them.

  They do not have a phone to contact them and I ordered a blanket a month ago and still sitting at the place. They will not answer me back other then here is your tracking but still sitting at the same place. Hasn't moved. What can be done.

  Ordered a custom tumbler risking it not arriving due to all the negative reviews. The process was easy and I received updates via email throughout the process. The updates were quite nice and professional looking. They ship from ***** so if you are ordering and just being patient the process was smooth and took about two weeks from order to arrival. The tumbler was great quality and I am very happy with it. I did not have to contact them so not sure of that experience which is where some seem to of had issues. I would definitely order again and would recommend as long as you find what you want, order and have lots of patience as its not fast shipping.

  Lousy business. Order not received and no correspondence from company after numerous attempts.Payment was taken immediately, however. Online reviews of this company are almost all negative.
