Ordered a purse no contact from them and the number is no longer in service. All the websites should be removed from ********, the internet and etc. it is a scam, we had ****** stolen from us. Someone should find them and put them in prison. Thank youInitial Complaint

I placed an order January 25 for a leather tote bag.Payment processed Jan 27 Expected shipping ***** days.On Feb 10, I sent an email inquiring about the status of the order. They replied that it would ship in the next day or two and that I would receive a tracking number once it ships.I have checked my email daily, including spam, and have not received any shipping ******** Feb 19, I inquired again, and have recevied no response.Yesterday, Feb 20, I sent an email titled: Please Cancel my Order - Immediate Response Required, and requested the order be canceled and the money be returned to my card. On 12/17/24 I placed an order for an *** tote. Total was $179.00. Used a credit card. Shipping was said to take 5-7 days and guaranteed by ************ was a ******* Christmas no tracking number but I did get a confirmation of my order and card was charged immediately upon ordering, of course.I contacted the company several times requesting a tracking number or estimated time for delivery.Heres what I got from them :We have been absolutely slammed with orders and our head of shipping had to take an emergency leave of absence so our company has to pick up the slack for thatwe are doing everything we can to get caught ***** names, nothing as a heading or staff contact.Just excuses.I asked to cancel the order and get a refund as nothing had been shipped, and they refused telling me it was being made and prepared for shipment, once you receive your order simply contact our customer service to request a returnetc.I replied that they were not to prepare or ship anything to me, and I was contacting my bank and credit card company to refute the ************* silence after ********** scam and ******** excuses.Initial Complaint

I placed an order through the Montana Hudson website on October 21, 2024 in the amount of $169.99. After not hearing anything for two weeks, I sent an email to the company inquiring about the status of the order. They said they would check with their shipping department and get back to me. After another week, I emailed again and was told the same. As we approach one month since I placed the order, I emailed one last time to just cancel the order and get a refund. At that point, they said they werent sure if they could cancel the order and would get back to me right away. It has been five days since then, and still nothing. The date for which I had hoped to have the first that I ordered has come and gone, And I am tired of dealing with this hassle!Initial Complaint

I have requested a return and refund for this order 4-5 times via email, which is the ONLY way to communicate with them. They have ignored every single one. This bag is NOT as advertised. The color is completely different and the leather is SO CHEAP that I question whether it is even leather. Seems more like cardboard. Their website says they guarantee their items, but they do not refund you when the item is not to you standards or satisfaction.Initial Complaint

On April 17th I placed my order with this company. This was after a few days of correspondence to make sure that it was the correct product and that it would be delivered in time. I received several follow up emails in the days following thanking me, telling me that an email would follow with the delivery, etc. In one correspondence I was told that the turn around time would be @ ***** days. During the 1st week of May, more than the estimated 14 days, I reached out again to get details. I received an automatic response that my business and patience was appreciated. The company and I traded at least 6 more emails, all met with "be patient"... we are "making this a priority".... "we will get back to you". The responses began being returned slower and slower and now I am a week out of my wife's graduation and there is no communication. I fear that I am being scammed. That is when I looked at the BBB reviews and noticed others with similar issues. So, now I think authorities need to get involved and begin investigating this company.Initial Complaint

I purchased a bag w/ wallet from Montana Hudson on Nov, 27, 2023 for a total amount of $149.92. This bag had stitching that was already coming out of it. I sent pictures to the company for a replacement after waiting a LONG time for the package (which they said they would get sent right away) on Dec. 18, 2023. Since then, the "customer service" person *** has sent me well over 15 emails all stating "Thank you for completing our questionnaire form and providing photos of your item(s) to help expedite our process. I have requested for a replacement to be shipped to you. Once I have the tracking information, I will send you an email." I still do not have a replacement bag, nor are they responding to my emails any longer.Initial Complaint
