    On Monday September26,2022 I ordered 12 bottles of the old style *********. Said it was in stock and then after no communication, in October 10,2022 we started receiving info from *** that it would arrive on Thursday of that week. Every day after Thursday there was an email that said it would arrive the next day for 5 days and then the notices quit coming. Charges to my credit card and info or no delivery. Where is it? Need a return label? No product delivered. Scammed? Very aggravated! *************************** invoice *****?

    Date of the transaction: 9/14/2022 The amount of money you paid the business: $185.32 What the business committed to provide you: Blantons Single Barrel Bourbon 700ml What the nature of the dispute is: delayed shipping which lead to being product being sent to an address that I no longer resided despite attempts at trying to communicate with the customer service to notify them. Ultimately product had to be returned to sender because it was not able to be rerouted to the new address. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: They have not responded to multiple email communication attempts and do not have a phone number or alternative contact information.     Ordered 12 bottles of ******************* from Prime Time Liquor on Monday, September 26, 2022. Did not hear from company for a week then tried to find out a tracking number. Finally received a *** tracking number. Received the order on October 10 and it was the wrong thing and now I have tried to get a return label and to be reimbursed. This has been very aggravating and this business is very poor with customer service, communication and efficiency and I do not recommend ordering from them.

    PTL sent me the wrong bottle of tequila "Addictivo Anejo" when I ordered "Addictivo Extra Anejo". They offered for me to keep the incorrect bottle for a discounted rate. I declined. They sent me a label to mail it back. I mailed it back and got a confirmation of delivery. I let them know immediately. The rep responded "It must of been damaged in transit. We are issuing a full refund". I responded a few times since the rep seemed like they were guessing what happened. They never responded again and I never received the refund. The amount is for $129.00 (shipping included). I feel tgat this company is literally ripping me off at this point. Can you assist please?     On September 4th I placed an order for 5 items (bottles). A few days later I received a notification that I would be refunded for 1 of the items (which was slightly annoying, but not anything to complain over. Yet). After waiting for the package to arrive, I was highly disappointed to find only 2 out of the 4 bottles I purchased. The two bottles missing were the only 2 I actually wanted (BT Distillery). I immediately notified the customer service email (this is the only way you can contact this shady company) and they asked for a photo. I sent the photo, and instead of attempting to address the issue, they insinuated I was lying and that under no scenario would they send only 2 bottles in the box included in my photo. They are claiming they only use that box to send 4, so someone mustve misplaced the bottles. This is laughably false, and a poor attempt to scam someone out of $100. I opened the package myself, and scoured it for the two bottles I was most excited to receive.

    We placed an order June 23rd for Blantons Single Barrel Bourbon 750ml for $200. When it FINALLY arrived late, the shipping package itself was fine, no damage or anything. But upon opening the box, you could smell the liquor right away. Peeling thru the wet plastic almost hog tied around it, the bottle was leaking and spilling all over the place as the seal at the top was faulty. Initially we were not seeking a refund, but 7 email attempts with no response from the company, no phone number to contact, NOTHING from them, we just want a refund.This was a fathers day gift that has just been a complete nightmare due to this companies poor shady practices. I cant believe they're allowed to continue doing this to people. Stay away from them.

    We truly apologize for the incident with the wax top being broken. As stated in product description we cannot guarantee that this item will arrive with the wax in place due to shipping conditions etc. We do try to wrap the bottles as much as possible so that if the wax does break ver minimal to no leakge of the actual fluid is lost.     Order # ***** placed on 6/21/22. Delivered on 6/30. $200 bottle of *********. Item arrived with a broken wax seal leaking whiskey all over the bottle and lable. The lid even had mold growing on it. I immediately wrote an email to Prime Time. It took them 6 days to respond and simply said "sorry". Literally, that's all they said. I wrote back saying I needed something more than sorry. They then responded that is it's in the disclaimer when purchasing that bottle that they will not honor a refund if broken wax seal. This disclaimer WAS NOT there when I made the purchase. After reading here, I'm convinced that they filled up a used/empty bottle of ********* with cheap liquor and sent it to me to rip me off. They now won't respond and I'm stuck with this mess which was purchased as a wedding gift. Now I can't even give it.

    Order #: *****. ***** tracking #: ************. Shipment damaged before being delivered. ***** sent the shipment back to Prime Time Liquor. I have sent over 7 emails to understand the status of my order and to find out what happens next (refund, replacement, etc.). They have not answered any request for communications. This order was over $200 and the issues have yet to be resolved and its clear that Prime Time Liquor does not care about their customers or reputation.

    I purchased a $200 liquor set for my husbands birthday. He received shipping information, but the package was never shipped to our house and instead was routed back to their location. We have contacted them via email 4 times as there is no other method of communication and we have not heard back. I would like a refund as we did not receive the items we purchased.
