    This company sent me a tumbler with a broke lid. I asked them to give me a new one and they said they would, but it never came. I requested a refund immediately. You cant reach anyone and then they refuse to refund. They keep telling me they will send another lid, but there is no way I will trust it will ever come. I demand a refund.

    They false advertise then secrectly add on high fees, then they don't deliver. this is a criminal rip off company. then it's impossible to contact them.

    March 2021 ordered it This is a scam signed up for membership I did not want or need I decline the offer just wanted the product advertised instacharge 3.0. I have now caught another charge on my banking account 06/22/2022. I have pics if needed.

    Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address this complaint. Upon review of ********************** account we do show the original order for the chargers were placed on March 12, 2022. When placing this order ****************** agreed to enter in our annual membership program. We offer a variety of products at extremely discounted prices. We do show on June 23, 2022 a call was made into customer service, we show discounts of 25% and 50% off the yearly price which was declined and the account was cancelled. 

    I have gone ahead as a curtesy issued a refund for the charge on June 23, 2022.

    Complaint has been filed in may and i am trying to forward the bank records that company requested. If they provide me address to send to, I will also **** mail paper copies to Storm store of all transactions to my acct for ***** and may for added proof that i have NOT recieved any refund from storm store only the ones from **** marketing.

    To whom it may concern,

    We apologize for any misunderstanding or confusion. We have responded to the previous complaint on June 13, 2022 and on May 11, 2022. Upon review of the account, we show that ************** placed her original order on April 07, 2022. She was billed $19.95 for a pet toy and $19.00 for a pet toy as well.

    Full refunds were issued on both charges, in increments of two, due to the partial refund that was agreed upon on the customer service phone call. I will include all confirmation dates and ID's.

    I filed a complaint about a month ago about refund that they say sent me but i never received I sent screenshots of my account showing it was never received as they requested but have not heard back. If they would rather a paper copy i will mail it if they supp)y me with an address to mail to.

    What I am going to do is send this to our management team and have them check on the back end. Like we did state previously we do show successful with the transaction ID's on all charges and refunds. Can we please ask that ************** verifies again on all 4 refunds as they will not come back the same they were billed. The charges billed were $19.00 and $19.95 and the refunds are in the above amounts. We look forward to hearing back from ************** soon.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will send requested bank info and hopefully this will finally resolve the dispute. 

     

    I can not figure out how to download the bank records to you.  I will take print off and photograph them with phone and try to send it off my phone that way.  I do not have desktop and use public computer when I need it.  otherwise is there a snail mail address I could mail the print off too to confirm I only recieved 2 refunds and not 4.

    I ordered an item (phone charger) and they charge my account for a membership that was not approved by me. (Unauthoried charge) They charge $89.63 to my card along with the cost of the phone charger. I called them and told them to put the money back on my card and they gave me the run around and then told me they had put it back on the card. They told me to call my bank and see it the money was placed back into my account. I called the bank and the bank informed me that no money had been sent from them to my account. I have called them 5 times and they say there is nothing they can do that a refund was issued back to my card. They were very hateful and very dishonest. As of 6/01/2022 the $89.63 has not been credited back to my card. Verified by Bank.

We also show that her account was cancelled on 04/13/2022 12:07pm - Recurring turned OFF. We also show a full refund was processed, as well as we show it successfully going through 04/13/2022 12:07pm - Refunded - $89.63 Trans-ID: ***********.

    If ****************** is stating she has not received her refund and has already confirmed with her bank, we do ask that a 3 way call is made into customer service with ****************** and someone from her bank to confirm this and we can move forward with a resolution.

    Went on line and purchased a small item for around $19.00 at a store called the Storm Store. That was on 03/12/2022. All was fine. The next month on the same day of the month my checking account was charged again for a higher amount of $89.63. I called the store number on my banks billing statement. The lady answered and said what was the date for the purchase and what was the amount. I told her. She never even asked why I was calling. She already knew and answered the phone accordingly. When I brought up the situation she said in the small print on the add it says you agree to become a member by placing an order at their store site. I said I know nothing about joining any store and becoming a member. She then said the policy is to ***** 25 percent refund in this case. I said no. I want a full refund of the $89.63. She then said she can go as high as 50 percent refund and that is all. I said no, I demand 100 percent refund or I will take your company to the BBB.org. She put me on hold and came back later saying the store will give you the full 100 percent refund. It will take about 7 to 10 days for that to hit your account. I said that if fine. 15 days later, no refund. I called the same number back **************. The same lady answered and said our records show you have been paid back in full. I informed her I have not. She said she would take the complaint to headquarters and get back with her in 5 days. No refund and I am just getting led around in circles. Please help. ***********************************

    Upon review of Mr. ************ account we show he ordered an insta charger as well as signed up for the yearly membership. . We offer a variety of products at extremely discounted prices. On April 11, 2022 he was billed for that membership. We also show a call was made into our customer service on April 14, 2022 and a full refund was issued at that time along with the cancellation of the account.
