  The orthodontist at elite orthodontics has permanently ruined my smile confidence and self esteem he first falsely insisted on pulling my teeth and then placed a permanent retainer in my mouth without first asking me if I wanted it he put it in on his own and did not tell me he was doing it at all. I got it removed and my enamel was beyond damaged he told me I had to get used to it like new shoes and assured me it was fine that my enamel was missing. Now I am still seeking repairs on how to fix my enamel and left without knowing what is truly wrong because he has denied he did anything wrong I have been traumatized.

  After two years, I got my braces taken off and given my retainer. When they were doing the molds, they tried 4 or 5 times to get molds (constantly shoving molding **** down my throat) and failed every time, but still made me a retainer anyway. I was told I was going to receive complementary whitening trays for my troubles, which I still have yet to receive from this business. They also didn't fully remove the bite pillow from my teeth. After signing an acknowledgment form stating that I did NOT want a permanent retainer, the orthodontist told his tech to give me a permanent retainer and ignored everything that I had said. The actual orthodontists themselves don't really seem to care about the patient and only check in as needed, so it didn't really surprise me when I was blatantly ignored. If I hadn't overheard the orthodontist talking to the tech, I would have been given the permanent one like I had asked not to. But if all of that wasn't bad enough, yesterday, I received a call that there was an issue with processing my insurance claim. They wanted me to pay an extra 450 something dollars well after I had finished my payments. I'm not sure how their billing department failing to do their job correctly is my fault. That doesn't seem fair. Also, randomly while I was on the phone the person I spoke with mentioned that there was some sort of financial investigation going on, which sounds super sketchy. If I hadn't referred someone else to them who was way more knowledgeable about health care, I don't think I would have ever known how truly bad this place is. I referred someone to Elite Orthodontics, and they were quoted close to $9,000 for braces (with insurance), a permanent retainer which was not needed for their treatment, and a TMJ referral which is not typically covered by insurance and is very expensive. They told me they didn't even receive a basic exam in the chair! The Orthodontist based the treatment plan on the xrays and photos they took and nothing else.
