      I parked at LAZ and entered with my spot hero ticket. When I left the employee told me my ticket doesn't work and that I had to pay $50 as if I had lost the ticket. Since I had to pick up my child from school, I had to pay to leave the parking. The *** employee told me to contact Sport Hero, what doesn't make sense since LAZ was the one charging me extra.I'd like refund of the 50$ I paid, it was clearly an abuse from the the *** employee, since I pre-paid for my parking ticket and enter the facility with help of a *** employee.

      Id like to clarify that the *** employee you referenced was actually the on-site Manager of the garage. Upon reviewing the situation, we found that the ******** reservation you purchased was for ************, which is located across the street from the facility you entered.

      While you mentioned that the entry gate allowed access, the exit kiosk later generated an error and did not open for you. This occurred because the system could not validate a valid parking ticket or reservation tied to our *********** a result, and in accordance with our policy for vehicles without a valid ticket or verified reservation, we requested the standard lost ticket fee in order to exit the garage.

      Since your reservation was not for our facility and therefore not utilized as intended, we recommended you contact ******** directly to dispute the original transaction and request a refund for the unused reservation.

      We understand how frustrating this situation must have been and appreciate your understanding.

      On 3/22/2025 I was issues parking fee notice, $60 for violation "Not immediate customer of business." The details on the notice state "Observed driver/occupants of behicle enter CTC parking lot, park vehicle, then immediately walk off property." This is absolutely untrue, as my brother and I both rushed into ********* (I remember ******* because I needed to use their facilities after a long drive, before getting coffee!). While we were inside the ********* the citation was issued. When I appealed online they simply restated the reason for the violation in stating the appeal was denied. They refused to provide any additional details such as what we looked like or were wearing (given that we did not "immediately walk off property" I am 100% confident that the attendant did not observe us and would describe someone else which would have helped demonstrate my suspicions. To just deny the appeal makes this feel like a scam. The effort I have taken to appeal, email, and call (and the complete lack of good faith efforts to gather information from me or respond beyond telling me the appeal is denied), makes me angry and unwilling to visit the same shopping center in the future until this is cleared from the record.

      On Saturday, the 8th of February 2025, I parked at a LAZ Parking garage in downtown ********* to use the nearby ******************. The ********** I used had a one-way entrance and an automated gate, with zero on-site personnel. The entrance was up a narrow and steep ramp, parallel to a one-way street. If you decided you didnt want to pay for parking, you had no choice but to go through the gate. Additionally, the parking rates were posted at the *end* of the ramp, so you couldnt see the parking rates from street ******** the entry gate, there was a sign that detailed the parking rates. $4.00 per 15-minute increment seemed steep, but I figured Id risk it since A: I had already driven up the ramp and couldnt turn back, I may as well; and B: Ideally Id be in ***** for much less than an hour or so.I was in ***** for about 45 minutes, maybe an hour. I got back to my car, and went to leave the garage. Expecting a $16 parking fee at the most, I was shocked to see that I would have to pay $40 for parking.There was a sign next to the exit gate that explained that pricing for Saturdays was a $40 flat-rate. Due to the inadequate signage before the entrance ramp (and the narrow, sudden, and frankly dangerous ramp itself) the $40 fee was a slap to the face. And since the garage was completely automated, there was no way to dispute the charges in person. Furthermore, after paying the $40, the machine didnt give me any kind of receipt.This was a horrible experience marked by a lack of safety, a lack of clear instruction, and a lack of consideration for customers. A $40 fee with inadequate signage and a no-way-out entrance is criminal. And the fact that parking is $40 for a parking garage with no visible on-site personnel is baffling. Automated garages seem like they should be cheaper, but apparently LAZ doesnt care much for fairness.

      Thank you for taking the time to reach out regarding your experience at our ************************** 

      We understand that the entrance of the garage can be a challenge if you decide that you no longer want to park at the location and for that reason, we do have a 10-minute ***** period at the garage that does allow you sufficient time to enter the garage and drive to the exit lane and depart without paying. If you do choose to stay at the location and park your vehicle, we do have our rate signs clearly placed at the entry so that you can make an informed decision prior to deciding to stay and park. Our nights and weekends have a flat rate that is always posted at the garage along with the timeframes that the rates apply to. 

      Although we do not have onsite staff during after-hours at the location, we do have 24/7 days a week assistance via our ********************* which can be reached by pressing the help button at the entrance/exit kiosks.

      I was issued a parking ticket for parking ticket for parking in a lot stating not immediate customer of business. I had emailed the provided email 5 times, 3 months later they respond saying my appeal is denied. I was at the local coffee shop that day in the shopping center and a friend had purchased coffee for me. Despite this, I have a ticket issued for 60$, and they are impossible to reach. This is very unfair and I insist they void this ticket and make it easier to have people reach out to them.

Please note that only immediate customers of the property are authorized to park in the parking lot and there are signs that denote that parking is for customers of the shopping center only.

      As a gesture of good faith, we will clear this one parking fee notice for you, as we can see that this is the first time offense. Please follow all posted signs in the future.

      **Complainant:** I parked in your garage at *************** on December 13, 2024, from 4:12 PM to 4:42 PM. My receipt number is *********, and ticket number is ********. I was charged $40.00 for just 29 minutes of parking.I called ************ and spoke to someone who said he had received a similar complaint. He explained the machine sometimes charges the maximum rate during special events and suggested I email you to request a reversal of the charge to my Mastercard ending in 5656.**Vendor:** We have confirmed that the charge was applied correctly due to the special event at the House of Blues on that day, which triggers the event flat rate.**Complainant:** There was no signage indicating a special eventonly the standard rate sign was displayed.

      12/31/2024 You state not immediate customer of business. That's not true. We parked at approximately 10:43am. We spent some time browsing. The first store we were in at 11 was i believe on the corner of the building with baby clothes. Might have been called lindas. - my wife, two of my daughters and our granddaughter. We didn't purchase anything but we would have been IN THE STORE when you issued the ticket on one of our vehicles ... and not the other even though they were parked side by side.We walked around for a bit - met some friends at the corner and walked back to the ****************** where we are members. We visited there with our friends until about 2:45 and then stopped in at *****************We usually park and walk around your shoppes two or three times a year and have NEVER had an issue.Reverse this "violation", remove our license from your database and we will be happy to drop the matter. Any further pursuit of money from us is fraudulent. We have shopped there for years and never had a problem.Thank you, ******

      On Sunday, I found a $60 parking ticket on my car accusing me of not being a customer of the *************. That same day to appeal this, I emailed a copy of my parking ticket with a copy if my receipt showing I bought lunch from Seaside Market to the email address on the ticket. I havent received a response yet and am concerned they will charge late fees on top of the parking ticket. Can someone please help me? Thank you.

      12/7 I entered the underground public parking at Laz parking in ***********. My son needed some water and I couldnt find parking on the street. There were no signs stating the cost of parking. Once on the ramp to park we couldnt back up to leave and only could enter by using my credit card. We literally were gone for a few minutes to get water. Upon returning Laz charged $30 to park for a few minutes. The attendee said under 10 minutes there is a grade period and no charge. When the receipt printed it said 11 minutes. We tried talking to the attendee who was of no help.This company is a fraud for charging $30 for 10 minutes to park. Unbelievable and very disappointing. I will make sure our experience is known so others will avoid our costly mistake. Avoid Laz parking at all costs. Unbelievable

      We parked at ********************** and received a parking ticket for $60.00. The ticket says we were in violation because we were not a customer of CVF. There was no sign in front of the parking spot we used stating that you had to be a customer of CVF to park there. They have our license number and vehicle description, and we want it removed from their records and for them to put up signs at the front of the parking spaces to communicate their intentions. Legally they are not authorized to issue citations because they are not a government agency. Also, how do they know we didn't visit ******* gift shop? Our license plate number and vehicle information must be removed from their records so that we will not be towed the next time we visit CVF. Thank you.

We do have signage at the entrances of the property explaining the parking rules/regulations, however we will work with the management team to see if we can increase signage visibility so this does not happen again to other customers. As for the violation, this is only a parking fee notice, not an actual violation. As a private parking lot, *** can monitor and enforce parking rules provided by ownership, however, your license is not tied to the *** or any government agency.       On 5/28/24 at 5pm I parked at the parking lot located at ************************. I had selected the option to park for 6 hours and when I check my email reciept it showed 5:09pm to 2:09am which is 9 hours. I left the parking lot at 10pm. I have emailed customer service but have not received a response.

      Even though the app gives you the option to park 2, 4, 6 or 9 hours on that specific day, you parked during a ****** game and that rate was a special event rate. The rate you paid was for the night. If you parked for only 2 hours, you would still pay that full $80 rate as it was a special event rate. One of our customer service managers will be reaching out to you on Monday to give you more details on the special event rate for the ******. Thank you
