    I returned order #********** within the 30 day time period....The product was not even opened up. I returned it unused and unopened. I have left the company 8 Voicemails and 22 Emails and the only response I get are Scripted and Auto generated. They owe me $57.94 for the complete refund per their return policy. I sent the item back with ***** and the delivery and receipt of the item has been confirmed. Tracking # is **** **** 2912..It was also signed for. The company has never responded directly about my case to me...They only reply with a generic Email saying they are looking into my case...Its now been weeks and weeks of waiting

    I placed an online order with starscope for these monoculars. I purchaseed 3 of them and they're not what they advertised and I want to return them And I want a refund. I'm within the 30 days as their website says within 30 days Of purchase and I just received them 3 days ago the website says to email them for the return address to return the items but nobody has gotten back to me. I paid for something that I did not receive. I'm thinking this might be a scam. They also billed my debt card me twice.

    Ordered Starscope Monocular on 6/10/22 They advertise 4-8 day shipping Order Confirmation on 6/10/22 Cleared my bank account on 6/13/22 Received Tracking # on 6/13/22 Sent them an email on July 5 questioning delay Received apology on July 11- said they normally delivered in 4-8 days but in the most extreme cases 30 days Sent them an email on July 11 complaining (31 days since order and 28 days since charge cleared Emailed them again on July 24 NO response Tracking info:June 12 - **** awaiting item July 5 - Arrived *********** shipping partner July 6 - Departed Los Angeles shipping partner July 7 - Arrived *************. shipping partner July 8 - Departed *********, ** shipping partner Now shows ** transit for 25 days I ordered on June 10 so I would have in plenty pf time for it to arrive before my vacation which begins 7/31/22 All re4sponse emails when I complain says they have put me under priority, but they are too busy to see what has happened.THANKS! FOR ANY ASSISTANCE

    I purchased a Starscope monocular from www.qualitygadgetshop.com *********** ** for $49 plus tax on 6/26 and am convinced at this point they are a scam operation. Product met none of the advertised capabilities and is a scam. I've contacted them via email to return item and am receiving the run-around of boilerplate emails that they are busy and will get to my request ASAP. They no longer respond to my emails and all attempts to phone their number go to voicemail and are not returned. Seeing all the other BBB complaints about this product tell me that I've been duped.I'd like to get my money back but am guessing this is an off-shore operation with no physical presence in ******* and thus limited likelihood of getting my money returned.

    I ordered a Starscope Monocular G2 and a Starscope Phone Adapter Mount back on Jun.13,2022. The money for both was taken out of my account on Jun.14,2022. On Jul.12,2022 I received the Phone Adapter ONLY. The same day, I received an email showing that the entire invoice (including the Starscope Monocular G2) had been delivered. I have contacted their customer service, via e-mail, numerous times, but they have not responded to any of my attempts to get this issue resolved.

    I ordered 2 Monocular scopes and phone adapter on June 12 and I continue to get emails that my items are on their way or will be soon. A month later, I have not received the items and I have repeatedly ask to refund my money. I continue to get emails that do not acknowledge my request for an refund and now Im getting emails stating since I havent responded to them, they are closing my account. I keep responding to multiple emails that I have not received the items but I am being ignored. I paid with PayPal and sent them a dispute and they have responded that they cant help to go to my financial institution and Im still waiting for a response from them.

    On June 16, 2022 I made a purchase from this company. The money was taken from my accountbut the busness keeps telling me my order is still open and needs to be completed. Its wanting me to enter all my info again including payment. Ive paid once and Im not paying again. I got a conformation e-mail and a tracking number but every time I try to track it , it says label printed waiting for package. Its been like that for 3 weeks. I have e-mailed the company 3 or 4 times already but they never tell me anything. S***** customer service. I just want my money back , they can keep the product. Anything you can do to help would be appreciated.

    I ordered 3 Starscope Monocular devices with phone attachments on May 14th. On May 27th and June 3rd I received emails stating they were working on my order. I received them some time after that, and found they did not perform as expected and submitted a return request on June 18th. On June 23 I received an email stating that they were working on my return and I replied that I merely needed an address to return the items. On June 25th they replied they were still working on it. The business promised a refund if returned in 30 days, but they have delayed sending me the return address so I am unable to return it.

    I made an on-line order for a Starscope Monocular Telescope on May 24, 2022.The order number was ***********. After I received it I found that it did not seem to me to perform as advertised. Using the Starscope on-line form for returns, I submitted a request for return directions. I received a response that it would would be given their highest priority. Nothing happened. When I made additions attempts, the response was always it was being handled as a high priority. Now they will not respond at all.
