I recently had a mini split installed at the house and I am thoroughly pleased with Ideal's efficiency and knowledge. Everyone I spoke with or had some sort of contact with was courteous, returned phone calls and answered questions promptly. IDEAL is a pleasure to work with. The whole process, assessing the property for a mini split, estimating a few solutions, answering questions quickly and thoroughly, to the installation. They were able to get a technician to me a day sooner than my their competitor at normal rates. The technician was very efficient and knowledgeable and explained details of his work to keep me informed. All this at reasonable rates. 5 starsWe have used Ideal Plumbing for as long as we have had our house (since ****) and they continue to provide great service. Rob came out and took care of our problem with great care and professional service, and he was great to talk to during the call.
