    Date 4/29/2024 for plumbing services. I was invoiced for the amount of $1927. I've asking to this business to update this invoice as it was written incorrectly. Description mentioned the floor was made of concrete. the floor wasn't concrete but made of wood. In addition, I asked to break down the charges for parts and labor as I need to file for my taxes. I can only write off parts so I need to know how much was it. Invoice showed no details. Just a total amount. Also, if those charges were based on concrete floor? I am attaching copy of invoice and the communication with this business.Thank you

    Good morning,

    Thanks for the updates.  I regret to inform you that I haven't received any refund and no one at My Plumber Plus has contacted me either email or directly.  This is incorrect information.  Have them ask for a receipt and proof that I received a refund of $500 as I don't see a credit in my credit card.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
