    Work started on 3/19/24. Still not complete on 5/13/24. They have been here multiple times to see what needs to be done. We have open holes in the wall and bugs coming in, a bathroom that we can't use or finish because the concrete floor isn't done, a bathtub with the faucet falling off, hot and cold switched, lead paint residue from holes in the wall, we had two gas leaks in the garage when new water heater was installed in garage. They have plumbers that don't know what they're doing and technicians that are crafty salesmen. We have a signed contract. Rooters was paid in full on 3/30/24.

    I would NOT recommend this business. Failed to comply with law and obtain clearances from ********* prior to digging. After 2 days and a 4X4X4 foot hole in my front yard, when asked if they'd called ********* the contractor essentially said ... that's above my pay grade. I don't know about that. Job stops for 2 days while I, the homeowner have to deal with the ********* entities. Contractor tries to tell me the ************** guy cleared the property to dig again. I chase the utility guy down on the road, stop him, he reports to me (and the Rooter Solutions guy on a speaker phone call) that he had NOT cleared the property. For two weeks at over $1,000 a day, Rooter Solutions advised they'd be at the property at one time and they'd show up two hours later. The property was continually left worse than when they found it: trash, cigarette butts, I provided drinks only to find the gatorade bottles trashed in my ******. They pulled the wrong permit: roof/deck/area when it was supposed to be waste water pipe repair. Wouldn't confirm whether they'd complied with the law with respect to installing mandatory fire ******ant drywall (they'd torn out) between *************** The main guy literally said he didn't know and "that's the least of my worries." They rest on their proclamation that they agreed to only leave "rough patch work" in place after their plumbing job. Nowhere in the contract did I agree to dangerous, non-code compliant work. They installed pipes directly in the path of the laundry sink; which currently cannot be moved back in place due to this error. On a Tues. they took pictures and scratched their collective heads not knowing what to do and tried to ascribe this to leaving the premises in rough patch condition. I was then advised they "might" be able to get back to my property 72 hours later to revisit how to fix their plumbing design error. YOU DO NOT WANT TO USE THIS COMPANY.
