The pool service has been excellent for the last 8 years. I have had many repairs and maintenance done without a hitch. The pool was always clean. the company came under new management in 2021 by San Deguito pool without our knowledge. Since then, prices for services were raised without prior notice by 20% above what was previously agreed. Then when minor repairs were needed the bill was for 30% over what was agreed to in the quote without any explanation. This came after I had already paid the bill. But the new bill was for the full amount. I contacted the billing department who were rude and unhelpful. The manager reiterated the claim that money was owed and sent me a copy of the account. After going through the account, I found that rather than crediting the repair they had simply charged me 3 times for standard cleaning the month I sent the payment in an effort to hide the prior payments. I had also received prior billing statements showing the smaller price of repair including a small charge that was not included in the prior estimate. Which I paid. The account was apparently edited later as I received a follow up bill for that month different from what I had received 2 months prior. it appeared as if someone thought we would not notice and would just pay any amount they claimed. Bottom line, avoid this company. They will steal from you if given the chance.
