      On June 19th I notified the company of a leak in my ceiling. Since I contacted their emergency line they got in touch with me right away and sent someone out to look at it. Unfortunately they did not allow ************ to fix it so they turned off my hot water until one of their techs came out the next day. Tech came out and fixed the leak but there was water damage to the flooring of the water heater closet where the leak had come from & the ceiling downstairs. I asked him if they were going to fix ******* said no & that I need to contact the office again. So I didSEVERAL times. I left voicemails for *************************** which is the person they kept transferring me too & never heard back. I finally emailed someone else and asked them for ******* email and sent multiple emails asking if they were going to fix the water damage. I never got a clear answer. Eventually I filed a complaint with the health department because there was a bad smell coming from the closet where the leak occurred and I was starting to get headaches and sinus issues. Once the county contacted them, a woman by the name of *********************** reached out to me & asked why I never told them about the water damage. UNBELIEVABLE! I forwarded all my emails to her and told her I had been trying to get it resolved for over a month. Excuse after excuse, extreme lack of communication & only fixed 3 months later after the health department had to come out and a mold inspector found mold. To make matters worse when the tech left after fixing it, my hot water wasnt working so I sent a text to the company and asked if he could come back to take a look - *************************** replied & blatantly LIED saying the city turned part of the water off. The ***************** was closed that day. I found the techs cell phone number & text him and he was back within minutes- he had forgotten to open a valve or something like that. The CITY did NOT turn off my hot water. They LIE, ignore you, make excuses & take no accountability.

      ***** We did send a tech to inspect and give me an estimated time frame of how long he needed to do the repairs while informing you that he wasn't going to fix anything at that present time. The tech also mentioned the same when there to you. We are required by the owner to see how they would like us to remedy the situation and fund the repairs required. After, ***** or the tech would try and schedule a return trip to repair, you would not make yourself available, but finally gave us permission to enter. The tech went over to your unit and started repairs and with no sign of mold when he did the work. After you swore up and down there was mold, we then sent a mold specialist, which then took about another week or so to get the report all to find in the inspection there was a small non-harmful treatable area by replacing a board where where the water heater is located.
