  Im just one of many people who were fortunate enough to take out equity in my home and get the things that were needed taken care of in my life. The first experience was great and I learned how thorough they are in doing their own research to make sure that everyone involved would benefit. They have helped me with equity twice now and I would never go anywhere else!! I have a full mouth of implants that were desperately necessary to restore my health and I have been able to get my appliances replaced and basically take care of everything I needed to without a monthly payment. I have been able to remain retired and improve my home. I have not had any requirements and I have not needed to do anything to get my equity except explain any credit issues. Im just thankful that this investment company is here to help and I have been able to do what I needed when there was no other option besides selling my house. I am impressed with the consistency, status updates and accuracy of this process and I can live with the cost considering keeping my home was my biggest concern. Thank you so much for the best experience with an equity investment company that money can buy. I would recommend this company for a Home Equity Agreement in a heartbeat. I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied from start to finish.

  Not sure exactly what is going on. Up front I told this company representative that I was going to want to replace my roof( it does not need replacement) my roofer said he did not find ony leakes. Everything was fine until I got a phone call stating I needed to fix my roof first? My roof does not need fixing. I just wanted to replace it. On there cover page of advertisement it states one reason for funds are for renovations.. why denied me on that. When my roof needs no replacement? Did all photo appraisal they requested. I will change my review if this is straighten out. As Of not it's cause advertisement.

  Our initial contact with the agents at Splitero was professional and very informative. After we submitted our application, which was approved and began the process of completing documentation, the inderwriting team added the stipulation that we needed to complete repairs on the roof of our home before an appraisal could be scheduled- when this was part of the initial application for the equity funding- so we could replace the roof on our home. I requested that a member of the management team contact me and left two messages for the original representative to contact me. I have waited for over a week and no one has attempted to contact me by phone or email. This was a misrepresentation of the investment offer and was not clearly stated during the application or discussion.

  Splitero was just what I needed to get out of credit card debt , make needed home repairs and have extra money to invest in an emergency fund. It was an easy process and all the staff were very professional and kind. The whole process only took about 3 weeks. I'm so grateful now I can live really good in my home for the next 25 years .   They just sell your phone number. Got one email from them with a decision on my application and havnt been able to use my phone since because im flooded with spam calls. Over 100 a day. I would steer clear of this horrible company

  My Life changed after an unexpected medical issue, which in turn changed the way we work and live. Income not there but the debts remain. Yes, it is a long process but Splitero team was with me all the way. I never had to call to find out status or worry they forgot about me. I am very thankful for their services. I would recommend to anyone. Shout out to Endpoint (title company) who was very helpful also!

  Do not use this company, I did it and I completely regret it. I applied and it took so long to get funded that my home went into foreclosure. So now I have to pay $2000 in attorneys fees on top of my monthly mortgage payment.
