- Refund and Exchange Policy
- We issue a full refund only if two of the following occur:
A. Vital Records Now is notified via My Order of your order cancellation within 24 hours of receipt and if the order has not yet been processed.
B. You wish to cancel your order because it was delayed or processed incorrectly due to Vital Records Now error.
A processing fee of $10.00 will be charged for cancellation made after 24 hours, only if the order is unprocessed.
We will keep a service fee of $35.00 if you cancel the order during the processing period, but documents have not yet been sent to the appropriate Office. If you canceled the order during the processing period and documents have been submitted to the Vital Records Office, it is considered that Vital Records Now reserves the right to deny a refund.
If the Vital Records Office is unable to provide a certificate due to incorrect information or there is no recorded document, we will keep a service fee of $85.00 plus any fees which might have incurred for the search of the record.
Orders six months or older without any communication from the client will not be eligible for a refund and will be considered closed. - Business Categories
