    Ordered 2 bottles. 1 bottle delivered. **************** will not return emails/calls. Website is clearly a scam. Please do not use this company.

    On 9/24 I ordered whiskey and a whisky stone set. After placing the order, prompted by an ad on Instagram, I became skeptical about her company because the website didn’t align/match the graphics/imagery used in the ad. I reviewed the return policy and it said cancellations were acceptable before the item(s) shipped. I canceled within an hour of placing the order. The company replied the next day — they said cancellation wasn’t an option, and within two days shipped the order. The whiskey stone set was not in the box. Between October 3 and 9, I exchanged messages with a gentleman by the name of Gabriel. I asked him repeatedly if the stone said was shipped, and also suggested he send a tracking number so I could trace it. The messages were vague, appeared to be templates, very apologetic, but never offered a resolution. On October 9 he said he would escalate my issue, and after I asked to speak with someone live, he said phone calls were not accepted. I have not heard back. I’ve since reported the issue to my credit card company, but wanted to also share the experience here.

    This is a total bait and switch operation. They list premium hard to find liquor at list price to entice your order but the order is never fulfilled. When contacted, they respond via email with generalities and platitudes but never any real information. If you let your charge reach the 60 day period then your credit card cannot give you a refund. I contacted CABC and lodged a complaint, only to be told that my only recourse was to sue **** It was not in their jurisdiction. I got a cc refund. I emphatically urge everyone to pass the word on these crooks and do business elsewhere. One star review my ****.

    These folks are crooks and have never heard the term customer service in their life. If the btl actually gets to you then congrats you got off lucky. Should anything happen due to their negligent, nonexistent packaging, then enjoy your broken/destroyed btls. Once they collect their money they couldn't care less what happens afterward.

    Ordered some moonshine from this location back in June 2024 and still havent received it but it sure didnt take any time for them to take the money and now they want me to do there work for them and try and locate the stuff I ordered to me its there responsibility to find out why I didnt receive my order

    If you are ordering a limited edition product or pre-order, do it elsewhere...They were unable to collect my payment as they were trying to collect more than the original amount authorized... and never reached out to me to let me know there was an issue. So I missed out on a limited edition product. Very disappointing.

    I ordered some tequila about a month ago and still has not shipped. I ask for a refund and got no response. I called the customer support number, straight to voicemail. I tried to chat online, nobody responded. Im out $270 dollars. ****** learned, do no use Sip Whisky.

    I ordered a collectors edition set of whiskey for the upcoming Deadpool movie. I got the package and every bottle was broken. I paid the shipping insurance for up to 300 dollars. I contacted the company the day the order was received and provided pictures. They said they were only going to refund the estimated amount of alcohol that was lost. Today I received a refund of 5 dollars on a 142 dollar order. The company shows no remorse or care that they clearly did not honor their insurance policy to deliver a quality product.
