    In first week of March 2025, 10 phone calls from area code 804 associated with this business. Block each time, they just change exchange and call back next day. Well known and documented tele-marketer/robo caller. Needs to stop

    ETN AMERICA is a legitimate lead generation company specializing in the home improvement industry for over 15 years. Our calls are not telemarketing or robocalls but rather a response to user-submitted service requests. When a homeowner submits an inquiry online seeking a relevant home service provider, we make an effort to contact them to gather details and connect them with the most suitable contractor.
    Our process adheres to **** content acceptance guidelines and industry compliance standards. While we make multiple attempts to reach prospects who have requested assistance, we strictly honor Do Not Call (DNC)requests. If any individual answers and requests not to be contacted, we immediately add them to our internal DNC list, preventing further calls.
    We do not engage in cold calling or robocallingall our outreach is conducted by live agents handling real customer inquiries. Given that our activity is fully compliant and customer-driven, we kindly ask that you remove this complaint. We remain committed to helping homeowners connect with the right professionals while respecting consumer preferences.

    This company keeps spam calling my cell phone using multiple numbers. Every time I try to block them, they change numbers. There is no way, on their website, to remove my number from their calling list. It is horrible.

    ETN America only does not do business with consumers. We only work with businesses and do not call consumers. If we did place calls it would only be because someone filled out a form incorrectly and asked us to call this number.
