      My family has been in contact with Intelius quite a few times to get our personal information permanently removed from their plethora of sites as the suppression tool they have setup does not pull the proper records to suppress them.       I have sent multiple emails to Intelius/PeopleConnect to remove/suppress/opt out my record/report/profile from their search and directories. These emails were sent on July 12, 13, and the 26th.Rather than complying with the request, Intelius representatives continue to either: claim they can't find my profile (which is bogus, I am the only person with my name in the entire state and I also provided screenshots and URLs), ask for information I already provided, or solicit additional information that is a violation of privacy, is not needed to complete the request, and/or violates address confidentiality.Intelius/PeopleConnect is the only one of these people-finding websites I've encountered that skirts responsibility and continually refuses to honor opt out requests in a normal fashion.@Intelius - opt me out of your directory/search and all associated directories (ie: PeopleConnect/Anywho/Zabasearch, etc.) as per my initial correspondence and request promptly.

      We were able to locate a report and validate *************************** request based on the information provided in their complaint. We will go ahead and suppress the public information pursuant to their request and our Terms. Please allow up to 48 hours for these changes to reflect on our website. Also keep in mind that we do not remove *** offender location data and that these names could still appear as a possible relative or associate in another individuals background report.

      *************************** request to remove her information from the Intelius website will be applied to the *********** displayed on all people search sites owned by PeopleConnect, including TruthFinder.com, Intelius.com, Instantcheckmate.com and USSearch.com.

      Additionally, it is advisable to permanently remove the cache on the device utilized for the search. This is going to help in disconnecting the link on the device used for conducting the search. If any information continues to be displayed, kindly reach out to Intelius' customer service department at support@******************************, supplying any necessary URLs and screenshots.

Our Billing Terms are conspicuously explained on our registration page and in our Terms of Use. Customers are sent a confirmation email for any orders placed on the site.

      We have cancelled all memberships and refunded Dynis Walkers account back to the payment

      I tried to find a free lookup phone number service on ****** Drive. I clicked on a site and answered some questions, and then it claimed to have found the owner and asked me to click a link to unlock the information. But when I clicked, it asked for payment! It was definitely not as advertised. Can they get away with false advertising nowadays?

      On 07/17/2024 I requested a suppression of information for myself that was approved. My information is still available and locatable a week later, and I am requiring all information to be immediately removed as I am currently the victim of somebody seeking to cause me grievous bodily harm and/or death.       I keep getting charged from this company monthly and I canceled before. I only used it one time. I contacted yall at BBB and supposedly I was going to get a refund but I never got it. I been charged since March 5, 2024 totaling $174.75 and the most recent charge on 07/20/2024 and I yet to receive the refund to my PayPal which from I paid those charges from the past months after contacting BBB. I still got charged another month therefore been totaled of $174.75. Can I get a refund please and stop getting charged from this company? I already unsubscribed and contacted yall to get my refund but I yet to see a refund.

      Operating out of CA this company is subject to CCPA laws but refuses to comply.Customer service refuses to delete my data. All of my personal information is collected under a profile that has a different middle initial than my own, with my own middle initial listed as an 'alternate name'. This profile includes my email, my family members, current and old phone numbers and addresses. Their automated online system for identity verification and deletion/suppression of personal data does not work, and the ** department refuses to engage in any sort of human dialogue, simply copying and pasting identical messages.
