Cancellation of this subscription is not made available online under California's Assembly Bill 2863, nor is there any non-phone way to contact the business. I cannot make phone calls and have been unable to cancel this service.Business Response

Website charged me $30 for one search that said $1. There is no option to cancel this. The website is inaccurate, and is false advertisement, as the information provided was very outdated and inaccurate. Nothing a simple ****** search wouldnt find. Useless and Id like this cancelled asap and refunded.Business Response

We see that you subscribed to our monthly service using an initial 7-day trial offer. The monthly fees and trial fees are explained during the registration process and we require all consumers to check a box specifically agreeing to this information. We also sent an email that welcomes you to the service and reiterates the fees, how to cancel, and provides the contact information of our support team. The Contact Us page on our website also provides all of the information to contact us by mail, phone, or email. The account was active on the normal billing date and this is why you were charged the normal monthly fee. Accounts can be canceled 24/7/365 online or by using our automated phone system. We also offer live agent support by phone and email 7-days from 5am - 9pm PT. Sorry again that you were not able to utilize any of these methods and that your experience did not meet your expectations. We have canceled your account and issued a refund of your monthly fee. I didn't know anything about the buisniss all I lost my phone n had to use my exs phone n started seeing thing on it like my pay stubs when I ask her she said she used them to pay ********** believed it till to much started going wrong i knew her or her 17 year old daigthet was getting on with the Apple ID n was messing with stuff changing email passwords a bunch of the same app then o seen a paper where they got three phone o think just like *********** is almost paid of so then I knew what they was up to well **** is in jail but she just have to tell her what to do they put my phones on their names n left ******* mom no good ones the *************** n I just seen a pay ur own tax's the phone so im guaing they got that to I always new she was a con ***** but I thought she had her llmats to her now she bout to get her big sai check she dont need me any more gonna kick me out of the house I been paying for im sure there's all kinds of things she done i dont know about n I would like to know who i spent five years of my life with.
