    My ex used your services to track me down from a domestic violence situation. He was able to get a hold of my cell phone number my address, and all the information he needed to stalk and harass me. Your company will be brought to a lawsuit if I come to any harm. In the meantime, I want you to delete any in all information you have of me off of your site. I do not give you permission to put the names of my relatives my date of birth. My address is my phone numbers or anything else that is actually not a matter of public record because criminal matters license is held and other things like that are not public record and not easily accessible. You make it easy for people to track down people so they can hurt them.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I have followed your instructions, and I have suppressed my information and removed my full backgrounds from all of your sites. Thank you for your help in this matter. I can provide you with the restraining order as well as the police reports if you need more information however, suppressing this information does help me relocate and get out of this situation without having a replay of what just happened.

    I found out on 9 January 25 that Truth Finder has been charging me every month since May 2023 for a total of $308.55.Last billing occurred 5 January 25 in the amount of $28.05.I did not notice this recurring charge because my printer was broken and I had internet trouble after moving my residence.I did not agree to a subscription, or understand that I was being signed up for a subscription.I have not used this subscription. I have not ordered any products from this business.I called them 9 January 25, and was refunded $28.05, but they refused to refund the remaining $280.50.I did not agree to, or understand I would be charged monthly. I want to be reimbursed $280.50.

Most memberships function on a subscription model, meaning they renew automatically until the user decides to cancel, as outlined during the registration process.     Under normal circumstances, when a user activates an account with **********************, they must provide an electronic signature authorizing TruthFinder to charge their card, including for the automatic renewal of their membership. 

    To ensure a thorough investigation of the account in question, ********************** requests that the billed recipient contact us first in the event of proclaimed fraud. Once we confirm this claim, we disable the account, cancel all memberships, and return the last charge to the original payment method.

    We have cancelled and refunded two months of payments on this account back to the payment option used to enroll, and no further charges will be incurred. Additionally, we have disabled the account to prevent any further access. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to see the charges reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution. The maximum amount of refunds have been processed.

    This business operates using multiple web site names truthfinder.com, *****************, ******************** etc. They store all my personal information without my permission, and they dispaly my personal and confidential information on various search engines without my permission. I am trying to submit a request to opt out and delete my information, however they have made this process very difficult. When I try to fill out an opt out for, I am being asked to provide additional information such as date of birth, etc which will put me in further risk and also amounts to harrassment. Also the fill out forms have been made very confusing. I also sent them an email request to delete my information, however they send me response that my information is not found in their database. However they are showing my confidential information on search sites. This needs to be corrected.

    We have cancelled all memberships and reversed the pending charges on Ms. ****** account back to the payment method used to enroll, and no further charges will be incurred. As a courtesy, we have refunded an additional month of charges back to the payment option on the account.

    I received an advertisement regarding identity search. It became an offer to ask for information on a search of offenses. As i completed this I realized it was not the type of search (mostly criminal behavior) that I wanted. I logged out. The next thing i knew was a charge on my credit card. I tried to call them, but a human never answered. I knew nothing about a monthly charge and was shocked to find I now have 3 months of charges of about $90. After calling Truth Finders many times and Discovery I realized this was not a reputable company. I did not see anything about becoming a member of ****Their ad said i could cancel whenever i wanted. This was a lie because no one ever answered the phone. I froze my Discover card but within one day they emailed that it was my error. Even so I should be allowed to cancel the so-called membership. Im willing to pay for one month even though I never received any report.

    Members can easily cancel their account online within their account or reach out to our support team by phone or email for help to ensure that there are no unexpected charges incurred.

    The charges associated with the payment method in question have been disputed, resulting in a chargeback. When a chargeback occurs, it indicates that the account is in dispute with the financial institution, and the individual should contact the institution directly for any refund requests. The membership was promptly canceled and deactivated, with no additional charges to be incurred. Furthermore, due to the dispute, access to this account will no longer be attainable

    These people are illegally scraping information from the dark web and publishing it for profit on their website making it impossible for people to remove information without uploading even more sensitive information which allows them to sell it to their partners. When contacted, they send you a basic email response pointing you to their website to "remove your information." They ask for your DOB. They don't have my correct DOB as they have two profiles for me, both with wrong information for age. So it is impossible to have said information about me removed because what they have is only a partial truth. Some is right, some is wrong, DOB is wrong. I want them to remove the two profiles in this photo as they are attempting to reference me in ****, **. This information was taken from data breaches, not ethical websites as no proper business establishment EVER releases PII such as DOB as it is against the law in all 50 states.
