    I am writing to formally request that you suppress my personal and public information in your database due to my participation in a state-sponsored Address Confidentiality Program (ACP). I am a victim of stalking and domestic violence, which further necessitates the protection of my sensitive personal ******* part of the **** my address and other identifying details are confidential and are not to be publicly disclosed.     On Feb. 25 I used TruthFinder once for $3.99 and then I cancelled it that day. When I checked my ****** account today, I saw a bill from TruthFinder for $28.33. I did not agree to continue their services and they billed me anyway. My account also shows autopay for $3.99 and another autopay for $28.33 and I did not authorize them to do that. I feel this company is a fraud and everyone should realize it. I wanted to use it ONCE, not forever.

    We have cancelled all memberships and refunded ***** Elliotts account back to the payment method used to enroll, and no further charges will be incurred.

    I went to the website to find the truth on someone and they just kept giving me the round around and telling me a page was loading but in the end it doesnt give you any information. When you think you are getting close to the truth, they pull it from you like a big tease.

    Misdirected into TruthSocial via an ad, seemed interesting, but totally misleading along the process. Questions asked seem to be filtering down to the person of my interest, no mention of a cost until it finalizes the query and asks additional personal information, more so when scammed into an added $3.99 made to think that is is a misnomer from an offered $7 5 day special. Apparently it becomes a confusing amount with repetitive charges. Although I allowed the charge to begin, it wanted more information and then I realized I was more likely being phished for my information. So before downloading the "report", I canceled the purchase within 30 minutes after checking its existence via ******.. Regardless the "bot" had made the charge and I was prevented from seeing my userid/account at that point. I assume (Ass-U-M-E) the charges will come off, but seeing some other reports gives me no confidence.The whole marketing strategy is misrepresentation by advertisement, then by omission, until the very end and add another misrepresentation where the $7 "special" appears to be a different price of $3.99, but that is probably an add-on for extra info. The only other term I can think of is "SCAM Artists" and their sales model should be, and probably is, against the law (being forwarded to the Florida Attorney General).You can see that they disregard any and all reports with the same boilerplate obfuscation.

    Our records confirm the consumer enrolled in a $7 five-day trial, which includes unlimited access to person reports. During checkout, the consumer also selected an optional $3.99 add-on for Unlimited PDF Downloads & Data Monitoring Access. This add-on is not required to view reports within the account and is offered for those who wish to download reports or use additional features. Both charges$10.99 totalwere clearly presented during the sign-up process.

    TruthFinder is not affiliated with Truth Social or any political platform. The consumer mentioned a redirection via an ad; however, we were unable to open the attached file titled Truthfinderscam_via_WellnessGuide105.pdf. If the attachment includes information about an ad or website that misrepresented our brand, we kindly request a screenshot or direct URL so we can investigate further.

    The consumer also expressed concern about the type of information requested during sign-up. Please note that TruthFinder does not engage in phishing. Information is collected solely to create and manage an account and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    Our records show the account had not been canceled online, and no prior cancellation request was received. We have since canceled the account and processed a full refund of $10.99 to the original payment method. Please note that canceling an account does not automatically reverse charges that were previously authorized and processed. Refunds typically post within 35 business days, depending on the financial institution.

    Upon learning that my PII and my husband's PII were published on ***************** by the company called TruthFinder, we followed the online steps via their ****************** (******************************************) which then sent me an email at ****************** The instructions said to click the link in the email to complete the suppression process. However, it was a dead link that did not work, despite trying on multiple browsers and devices. I emailed the company's Support team 4 times and each time received a canned response that they couldn't help me until I completed the steps in the ******************. I explained I was unable to complete them due to the link not working and needed their manual help to suppress my PII. I even attached screenshots and details about the error. They have failed to resolve this and my PII continues to be published online without my consent and despite my explicit asks to have it removed. Attached is the email chain showing my multiple attempts to resolve this and the company's failure to assist. I would like them to finish the job of removing mine and my husband's PII.

    I have had problems due to truth finders given false and other information via truth finders platform that was/is used for harm. At no time have I given plainly any agency the right to post any private information. Marriages etc.... Are all false and I am demanding my data to be removed. I refuse to go back on your site to opt out while you continue to track and use emails for personal gain!!!!! I want all data totally removed as soon as possible. Contact should only be done via BBB.
