    Started to sign up with truthfinder decided to back off I'm getting unending emails from them that will not stop they're swamping me with it they're shoving it down my throat to continue to file to get the information that I went in there to look for there's no unsubscribe I can't get these jerks to stop so I'm filing a complaint this this is unbelievable on how much they're pushing stuff down my throat they won't stop emailing me

    The was NO unsubscribe that would populate to give me a chance to unsubscribe. They need to attend to their site. I tried to unsubscribe at least 5x. I happy they unsubscribed me, but as stated, they need to attend to their site as I received over 5 emails asking me to pay to use their site within 10 minutes. So many that I felt I was being harassed.

    The member id they gave me is: 190044091....I googled free websites that offer a back round ck on someone....Truthfinder came up......I answered questions and then it asks for money, which I thought was odd being it came up under "free". So I got so far into it, that it seemed I could not get out. So I bought their cheapest which I thought was 7 dollars or something, but ended up to be a total of $32.04 ($3.99 was to download a in depth report). That was a total joke!!!!! There was nothing I didn't know in that report and to scam a person with charging them to pay for a download!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TOTAL SCAM!

    Paid $1.00 which is advertised price to get information. Next day had an unauthorized charge to my debit card of $68.

    Truthfinder.com is charging my debit card for another month of service, which I did not authorize. I would like these funds to be refunded to my account.     OUTRAGEOUS COMPANY. They DELIBERATELY don't send monthly emails to let you know they are taking money out of your checking account, hoping that you FORGET that you signed up a trial. THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY, by depending on people like me to FORGET. SO GROSS AND FOUL. I used this 'service' for ONE HOUR. Due to extreme family distress, I forgot I had signed up. I WOULD NOT HAVE FORGOTTEN if this unethical, scamming company SENT AN INVOICE each month, which as I have said, they dont do, ON PURPOSE. It's disgusting, shocking and pathetic. I am so angry that I could spit. The ONLY reason I even noticed is because an agent at BOC noticed and was like...do you realize this company is taking 30 dollars from you each month....? I want a FULL AND IMMEDIATE REFUND OF ALL MONIES 'PAID'. SHAME ON THIS 'COMPANY' preying on people who have lost EVERYTHING during this 'pandemic'. FOUL. I will NEVER shut up about it and I will share with my gigantic social media following. It's unacceptable, unamercan and below us all. I could CRY with how lame and low this kind of company is.

    The mention of the data leakage was purely just a theory or guess on how you guys obtained financial information on me to be able to charge me for a bogus subscription i didnt ever sign up for. Obviously if u charged my card which is seen in the screenshot then you know so no way am i giving any more of my info to you guys i want a refund and ger your stuff straight who is the name you adressed me in. The begining is not me nor am i a him.

If a user completes their initial search inquiry but does NOT enter their payment information, they will not be charged and no membership will be created.

    In the event of proclaimed fraud, TruthFinder requests the billed recipient contact us first to ensure the account in question is thoroughly investigated. When this claim can be justifiably substantiated, the account in question is disabled from further use, all memberships to be cancelled, and all charges to be returned to the payment option used (up to 12 months due to system limitations).

    Truthfinder.com is charging my debit card for another month of service, which I did not authorize. I would like these funds to be refunded to my account.
