    Date of service: 1/11/25 Paid $495 Service agreement to provide semi-permanent makeup: microblading eyebrow service that included 2 sessions.Dispute: Service provided was not what we discussed and resulted in a painful emergency removal procedure with a different business; cost an additional $150. Contacted business owner multiple times to discuss resolution; he told me to wait 2 weeks for healing, that there are no other options to address the problems he created, that he would try to fix the brows after 2 weeks. I messaged him twice asking for a refund, which he did not respond to. Partial messages from 1/12/25 and 1/14/25 below.I asked for a refund. You did not respond. I am requesting a refund again.I have shared images of my eyebrows to three microblading professionals who confirmed the work was problematic, "too deep, too uneven, too thick". Your suggestion to wait 2 weeks then try to fix the mistakes I am not comfortable returning to you to try and fix what you did wrong. The service I paid for included a 2nd session I will not be using.Your ************* listing (and website) provide false information with the wrong address and office images. You only alerted me to this right before our appointment. You double booked me and asked me to move my appointment by 2 hours with very little notice. You arrived unprepared to the appointment and left me lying on the table while you went home. Upon sharing my concerns about the microblading you said I have a bold personality which match the bold eyebrows you gave me. As a result I had to undergo an emergency reversal procedure to try and fix the poor quality work you did.This experience has been very unprofessional and a huge waste of money. I am requesting a refund for a second time.
