I never received my product. After emailing *** in **************** 3 times and getting the same response that it should be mailed out soon (and it never was) I requested a refund, then *** stopped communicating. It's a scam!Review from Carrie P

In my opinion, these products are a bit overpriced, however they ********** the results they promise and they offer a lot of discounts which helps. I had a broken assessory part and they seemed genuinely concerned and offered me a big discount so that I could replace the assessory at a fair price. I appreciated that and their prompt service.

Nuovaluce did a great job helping me sort out a problem with the coupon code which didn't work when I checked out. They honored the full 50% off that I was supposed to receive and credited the money back to my card. They responded immediately and were very professional.Nuovaluce Beauty Response

I purchased the microcurrent 2 - 3 years ago. Honestly, It got off my routine (out of site, out of mind). So it's one of those things that it works if you use it! I can't wait to start back up!I am moving so I rediscovered it :) I charged it and it wasn't working!*** with Nuovaluce responded immediately, asked for a video and helped me troubleshoot! They are sending a free replacement to my new address.I am thrilled with the customer service I received. I am pleased to know that they stand behind their product. With electronics, things will just happen (it's not a reflection of the manufacturer)! It's the customer service that matters after a purchase! Immediate response, willingness to help, and standing behind their product!Most companies quickly take your money but aren't available for follow up and customer service!I will recommend this product to all my family and friends! Purchased the microcurrent 2 years ago. The microcurrent head stopped working about 9 months ago. I finally got the time to reach out to customer service via email. They replied to me within ***** hours. They will be replacing my microcurrent head attachment for free. I am satisfied with the customer service I received. I am pleased to know that they stand behind their product. And the product works. You just need to use it about 3x per week and be consistent. It works!Nuovaluce Beauty Response

I've used NuFace and I've also used the Nuovaluce! The Nuovaluce wins for sure! I've had mine for about a year and I'm 55 but I get mistaken for 40 years old all the time. I wish I could upload a photo here. I use it for 15 minutes 3 times a week after the initial period when I used it 6 times a week. I love that you can switch out the microcurrent head for the red light therapy. The red light has lightened up an age spot I've been fighting for years. You HAVE to use it to see results. You can do it while watching TV! Their customer service is also amazing. No need to be on the fence about this! I ordered this device some time ago and I kind of slept on it--had it for a long time, always meaning to start using it, etc. Then I started reading many informative articles about how effective microcurrent and red light treatments are and decided to give it a real try. I'm really glad I started using it as directed as I can see and feel a HUGE difference and continual improvement in my skin. I'm very happy with the products and the online customer help/service is super responsive--fast, informed, helpful, and gracious. They seem to honestly care what your situation is and truly want to help you have a lot of success with their device. I have been using this device since the summer of 2021. The microcurrent and the red light. I love it, and I can see the result. It has saved me from getting fillers and Botox injections for sure. I am using it 3-4 times a week 10 minutes each. I ordered the Device Plus today. I hope that it is as good as the previous one. I have a great experience with their customer service, ***. I have the nuovoluce red light and conductor head device. I use a 4 nights a week and love it. I find it relaxing, and Im seeing results after a month of using it. I decided to get one for my beautiful daughter in law for the holidays. I had a little snag with a coupon code.
