1 starI have placed an order on Nov 7th 2024 for Black Friday- paid. I have been getting tons of promotional emails daily since. My order is still sitting there pending acceptance. There is no phone number to call. You can only reach out via email which 3 have been sent. In my opinion, these products are a bit overpriced, however they ********** the results they promise and they offer a lot of discounts which helps. I had a broken assessory part and they seemed genuinely concerned and offered me a big discount so that I could replace the assessory at a fair price. I purchased the microcurrent 2 - 3 years ago. Honestly, It got off my routine (out of site, out of mind). So it's one of those things that it works if you use it! I can't wait to start back up!I am moving so I rediscovered it :) I charged it and it wasn't working!*** with Nuovaluce responded immediately, asked for a video and helped me troubleshoot! They are sending a free replacement to my new address.I am thrilled with the customer service I received. I am pleased to know that they stand behind their product. With electronics, things will just happen (it's not a reflection of the manufacturer)! It's the customer service that matters after a purchase! Purchased the microcurrent 2 years ago. The microcurrent head stopped working about 9 months ago. I finally got the time to reach out to customer service via email. They replied to me within ***** hours. They will be replacing my microcurrent head attachment for free. I am satisfied with the customer service I received. I am pleased to know that they stand behind their product. And the product works. You just need to use it about 3x per week and be consistent. It works!Nuovaluce Beauty

I've used NuFace and I've also used the Nuovaluce! The Nuovaluce wins for sure! I've had mine for about a year and I'm 55 but I get mistaken for 40 years old all the time. I wish I could upload a photo here. I use it for 15 minutes 3 times a week after the initial period when I used it 6 times a week. I love that you can switch out the microcurrent head for the red light therapy. The red light has lightened up an age spot I've been fighting for years. You HAVE to use it to see results. You can do it while watching TV! Their customer service is also amazing. No need to be on the fence about this! I'm so happy with mine I'm gifting my best friend one for Christmas.Nuovaluce Beauty

I ordered this device some time ago and I kind of slept on it--had it for a long time, always meaning to start using it, etc. Then I started reading many informative articles about how effective microcurrent and red light treatments are and decided to give it a real try. I'm really glad I started using it as directed as I can see and feel a HUGE difference and continual improvement in my skin. I'm very happy with the products and the online customer help/service is super responsive--fast, informed, helpful, and gracious. They seem to honestly care what your situation is and truly want to help you have a lot of success with their device. I have been using this device since the summer of 2021. The microcurrent and the red light. I love it, and I can see the result. It has saved me from getting fillers and Botox injections for sure. I am using it 3-4 times a week 10 minutes each. I ordered the Device Plus today. I hope that it is as good as the previous one. I have a great experience with their customer service, ***.
