Skintify offers a "Pen" that removes ***************** I bought one for a friend then I bought one for myself. Realizing after I bought product it's a "needle" nothing like a pen? I'm scared to death of ************ friend verified its a needle so we emailed Skintify and asked for a refund. They give you 60 day money back guarantee. They returned my email stating they were very sorry but don't give refunds unless the product is damaged & stand behind their product meanwhile I'm out $99.98 for a product that isn't what they say it is. It is needles not a pen in any form? How can they get away with "false advertising" isn't this what their doing? I want them to take the product back. One is unopened & one needle is missing from the 2nd one only to ***** herself trying to install it in the pen?

I contact skintify numerous times regarding my order. They said it was sent via ***** but the tracking number stopped providing updates. After numerous emails back and fourth I was told theyd resend out the item and provide tracking information. They never resent the item. Ive since reported the charge to my bank, and am now alerting others to beware of this company/product.

Transaction date: 4/16/24 *** Pd: $94.91 Order#: SKR6563 Trkg#: ********************** I rcvd the products on 4/22/24 & tried using it a couple of days later after it was completely charged. It did not work. I called the company but they were closed so I emailed them letting them know that the product did not operate as intended. I received a reply on 4/26/24 stating that I needed to send them a video of the product plugged in, charging & when it is turned on it doesn't work. I sent back asking what good that would do since that product does turn on, there is just no plasma coming from the pen. I went back & forth with this company for weeks asking for a refund, with them accusing me of lying. They asked for another video of it in use & I sent it, showing that the product was defective. After they finally believed me, they offered to send another product. At this point I said no, I wanted a refund, as I no longer wanted to deal with a company like this. They emailed back offering to send me another product with needles & 15% refund. Still trying to convince me of their great product. I told them I had no interest in any product of ********** wanted to know where to return it. I received an email today 5/21/24 telling me that I can send it back to ***** at my cost w/tracking & that the product needed to have all its packaging, unused, etc, not damaged or deflective, since I was sending it back for no reason. Of course they are still offering me their product as an option. My response to them was that I was not sure what the email was about b/c the only reason for the emails was because the product was defective. I mentioned that their website said they have a location in **, could I send it back there since I was not mailing anything to *****. I mentioned that since it seems I will not be receiving a refund, that I would be contacting the BBB. This company has no intentions of refunding my money, they only want to peddle they defective product.

Skintify refused refund. Their website states:"60 DAY RETURN POLICY We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. ***** also need the receipt or proof of purchase."Upon emailing, they told me that they accept refunds only if product is damaged. They are misrepresenting the return policy. The business is scrupulous, and product and service is bad.
