  Viewridge funding was a broker to Financial Pacific in ****************, which was going to finance a piece of heavy equipment for us. All was done on line with **** **** and ***** ******** at Viewridge. The company had said that the first machine I wanted was from a suspicious seller and that they wanted me to find another machine, I did and they proceeded with the purchase and took $1803.46 from our account for the initial payment and then they took $100 as a payment for the first month. However the machine they approved for purchase was indeed a scam because the company selling it never actually existed? They vetted and approved the purchase for the machine and they took our money out on November 8/2024.We have been trying to get the money returned and now they are not communicating with us, I am having to pay attorney fees and still without a machine that has cost us money by losing jobs due to no equipment and we still havent received our money? I DO NOT recommend this company for any funding whatsoever due to their negligence and deception of their business. I apparently am going to have to sue them for the damages and loss of money for our company due to their actions. Very disappointed. I have lost 2 jobs that were lost due to the length of time they have taken to recover our money to purchase another machine. The loss of these jobs is over $38000 in lost work for a female owned company that simply tried to finance a machine. Im appalled that they are able to do this and they still have not refunded our money.

  This company level 33 calls us about 12 times a day. Their stating that we signed up for some kind debit loan. We have not ask or signed up for anything. We have asked them continuously to stop calling. And they just keep calling and leaving messages. We now have to check the number before we pick up the phone.

  Vendor will not stop harassing me. I have asked him several times to stop emailing and calling but they continue to do so. I have unsubscribe to all their services and advertising email however they still continue to help me and call and Email all day every day.
