    I placed an order on 08/18/23 for 20u of Vanilla vapes, without shipping charges.They confirmed an order TOTALLY DIFFERENT (Like Ice vapes + shipping).I contacted them via the only email they have support@xxxx which they DON'T ANSWER and via the one at T&C and Privacy: legal@xxxx which BOUNCED because doesn't exist.They sent an automated email saying that the order was confirmed even though it's NOTHING close to the real one. I called the phone mentioned here and there's only a voicemail, which of course, they don't answer.Thankfully, I opened a Dispute on my card so they will not get the money and I have proof to present.This business is FRAUD. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

    Completely unprofessional business. They should not even have a license to operate. I ordered almost a month ago and paid for 2 business day shipping. They didn't ship for several days and then shipped it ground instead, only for me to receive the wrong order. Their customer service is horrible and ignores everything I've said, or the facts of the matter. I shipped back the wrong order and they still didn't ship the correct order for weeks. Finally, after several emails, they just shipped the new order, but it won't arrive in time. I'm disputing the charge and intend to file a complaint.

    Around 12/12/2022 I purchased ****** worth of vapes. I ordered a box of 10 came in a box because they were the same flavor purple rain. Out of the box 2 worked. The rest nothing at all came out. I also paid 30 dollars for expedited shipping. I was very upset by this I asked to send new vapes that work and a refund of the 30 dollars for the inconvenience. But nothing happened that kept asking for my order number which I gave them many times over.**** stay away. If you have an issue be sure nothing will be done. Also once they have your payment they dismiss you. No sense of true customer service.

    If i could go less i would. We used to buy alot of sticks every month 600 dollars or more the last two orders there was bad sticks. Not talking one or two but a whole box for each order. I reached out and asked them about it and months went by with no response. Then one day they reaponded and said there was nothing they can do. We must have been over smoking them. The sticks would continue to blow smoke n burn after we got done taking a puff. DON'T order from them. They wouldnt replace the sticks or give a discount and was very rude when asked questions. Shut this horrible place down

    I placed an order on a Saturday 3/18/23. ** min later I sent an email to cancel the order. On their website it states Orders submitted cannot be cancelled once the tracking information has been generated. Generally, tracking information is generated 24 hours from the time that the order was submitted. To cancel an order placed before tracking information is generated, please contact H313338333939**3138H Support as soon as possible. I did not have a tracking # ** min after the order was placed. My order was processing for several days. I sent 15 emails and never received a response. This business also does not answer their phones. They decided to ship to me and I just got the package today and did not receive my entire order. Of course they are not going to respond to any emails or calls so they took my money and did not give me my products. This is theft.
