            I had a rhino lining installed in my brand new truck in July of 2021. After some time it began to crack and peel, which I believe was due to improper installation, since the installer I hired is no longer in business. As I use my truck, the defective product is just chipping away and peeling off and getting much worse. It is supposed to be covered under their limited lifetime warranty. I followed their instructions and submitted a warranty claim form on the website that included all the required information except the title of my vehicle, which is held by the bank. Months have passed, and even after several phone calls and leaving messages, I have gotten no response. I am being completely ignored. I paid good money for a supposedly good product from a supposedly reputable company. They are ignoring a legitimate warranty claim, and even after threatening legal action(which is not out of the question) they continue to just ignore me. This is inexcusable.

            They don't stand behind their products or promises on their warranty, if a dealer goes out of business your at the mercy of a lady named *********************** (warranty and customer service) all in 1. Application shops are kept far apart, not convenient for customers needing warranty work, will only submit warranty reports that are in their favor
