      The amount of money that was paid to this business for services not rendered as promised. Allied had promised to resolve my student loan debt and there has been no communication within the past one and one-half years. There's no response to emails and phone calls concerning this matter. I would like to request a refund in order to resolve this matter.

      I contacted Allied Financial Service on or about 11/21/2018, about do way with my Student Loan invoving a ***************** I pay the requested fees and submiited all of the required paperwork. On 12/1/2018 I called Allied to see what action had been taken, the Operator I spoke stop talking and said " OOPS someone drop the ball on this!"On 4/20/19 I once again contacted Allied about my Student Loan, that I had to start paying on the Loan and once again NO reply.Over a Year later 5/20/2019 I recieved a Letter from the **** of ** that my :Loan Forgiviness was Denied. An Allied spokeperson said "They had no received any information for the **** Of ** and if I copuld Forword the Letter to them."Then the Covid Pandemic Hit, and the Goverment stop all Student Loan Payments.On 9/23/2020 There was a Class Action Lawsuit Sweet ********** which became Sweet Vs ******* inwhich I Applied to join.Though out the 5 Years I called Allied several times and they would never answer the call, and when they did, it was the same old story " I'll have someone call you back!" the call back never happen!Due the Class Action Lawsuit, my Student Loan was Forgivin, Allied had nothing to do with the Loan Forgiviness. In fact they had nothing to do with the forbearance of the loan.On 12/4/2023 I sent a Request for 50% of Allied fees be sent back to me.

      We returned a Leased vehicle to the Dealership and got another lease on 5/2020. More than 2 years later we receive a call from Allied asking to return the vehicle. We advised Allied that the vehicle was returned to the Dealership on said date. We then received a letter saying we owed for ******************************************************** August. We continued to receive phone calls and letters and the Allied rep asked us to provide them with proof. We mailed them the odometer disclosure statement and the lease vehicle return form on 6/27/2022. We continued to receive emails and phone calls. We even had a tow truck company knock on our door on two different occasions in order to pick up the car. On our phone calls with Allied, we spoke with numerous people and emailed them proof on 7/27/22, 8/5/22, 11/18/22 and 12/14/22. We just received a collection notice. Again we do not owe any amount as we returned the car prior to the lease expiration and the mileage was under the allotted amount.

      I filed for student loan forgiveness back in 2018. In 2019 my paperwork was submitted for decision once I had paid them a grand. In August 2022 I received a email from USDoE, regarding my application. I have since sent multiple emails to Allied, more specifically a ********************* who got me to sign up for all this to start with. So here we are, Dec of 2022, and it's like this company only talks to you until they get your money then they ghost you.

      The mentioned client do have a standing claim against his school and as he mentioned he did receive correspondence from the ** *********************** which means there was work done on his behalf and no such thing as "ghosting you after taking your money". He forwarded the email he got a couple of months ago and our records do show he received an automated email with further instructions but considering his complaint we assume he didn't see the email or it fell into his spam folder. He was contacted today by one of our supervisors to explain the reason for the delay as instructed by the Board but there was no answer, we request the mentioned client to callback the number in his voicemail so we may resolve this as soon as possible.

      Paid them almost 800 to help with a borrowers defense back in February. They gladly took the money. ****** seen any progress and mysteriously now they wont respond to emails. Their number is disconnected.

      The mentioned client is currently going through a Borrower's Defense Case which has been submitted to the ** *********************** in a timely manner and she was provided with her Case Number as proof that what was paid for and as stated in her signed agreement is completed successfully. All students who file for this program are constantly advised that the discharge completion and update is strictly subject to the ****************** approval and frame time, she was also provided with a frame time of ***** months for her to hear from the Board and she is still within the given frame time starting her submission date, which is 02/15/2022. The mentioned consumer was contacted by one of our managers to try to resolve and explain the situation but she chose to not hear what we have to say and decided to disconnect the line. Anyhow, the ***** Administration rule changes along with the cares act have caused unexpected delays as announced over the new and the official websites and it is something completely out of our hands and we all have to comply and allow the frame time provided.

      you cant just disappear and have disconnected numbers with no contact.  If the person you have someone working with moves on you need to notify customer.  You charged me 800 to fill out paperwork for ***** and for ****** i only see ****** not *****.  You tell me today about the ***** lawsuit this has nothing to do with ***** at all.

      no solutions were offered.  You just told me you did everything but cant inform me why numbers are disconnected and emails werent answered.  It took me making this complaint to get someone to respond to me.  Dont try to make it look like its me.  I tried making contact with you and all i asked was for someone to keep in touch.  I see several complaints of same issue on the company.

I have returned phone calls to them three (3) times and been told my number will be blocked in their system from future calls. Yet they continue every day! All I have asked id that they stop calling my phone looking for people unknown at my address.

      On August 22, 2022 I called Allied Financial Services to help with my student loans thinking they were involved with ***. After reading the contract thoroughly the next morning I came to realize they are just a third party and that I can work with my loan advisor for free. I read in the contract that I could cancel by midnight of the third day since I enrolled, if I fax a verification with my signature that I want to cancel. So, without hesitation I wrote a statement to cancel and faxed it to the given number on August 23, 2022. My fax was marked as sent but on August 25, 2022, I looked at my bank account and here, they took $299.00 out of my account! I can't find a number for them, it just leads to refinancing agencies that work with them. I WANT MY MONEY PUT BACK IN MY ACCOUNY IMMEDIATELY! I canceled my business with them not even 24 hours after enrolling with them. Someone needs to contact me immediately. I have the contract and what it states on canceling, the number I faxed it from and the number I faxed it to, with the date, time, and that the fax had been sent. If I do not see money back in my account and hear from someone that it has been refunded that is fraud.

      It's weird how the mentioned client claims she doesn't have our numbers when her enrollment representative provided her with his direct number and information, not to mention him transferring her to the verification department where she verified her information and confirmed the payment to be withdrawn from her account. The second agent she spoke with sent her not one but three emails which contains a direct number for her to reach out to and yet we didn't hear anything about her wanting to cancel. She claims she faxed her request and we still don't see that request either. Client could've simply called and asked any agent to cancel her file and it would've been done instantly but instead she chose the long route.

      I filed a claim for loan forgiveness due to school closure in 11/2018 claim *********. I was told it could take a year. We will be coming up on 4 years and I still don't have a response. My parents did the same thing for the parent plus loan. We paid the fees complied with all the requests. Yet they don't even return calls anymore. If they cannot do the job in the quoted time frame then a full refund should be issued.

      The mentioned client was submitted for a Discharge case through the ** *********************** they were both provided with the usual frame time for them to receive the decision, however there was a well known changes in the Board's regulations and rules which automatically caused delays in previous cases. From our end we don't have nor provide a specific time for students to receive their confirmation, as they were notified during enrollment we don't control how quickly they work/respond to discharge cases and they will need to comply and be patient until they receive their confirmation. They're welcome to reach out to the office so they can be connected to the Board and hear the same information provided above.

      On October 4,2018 I entered into an agreement with Allied for a student loan forgiveness program. I paid fees due to them, completed all ppwk, and they submitted my claim to the department of education on 12/31/18, claim # ********. August 2020 I was told my claim was denied and needed to be resubmitted to the department of education. The ppwk was once again done and filed on 9/18/2020 claim #********. I spoke to a representative in March 2022 to get a status update and was told it could take ***** months, so I should hear something by the end on June 2022. I have not heard a word, they are not answering phone calls or emails. I have left multiple messages and emails. At this point they put my loans on deferment and has been accruing interest for the past 4 years.

      On 06/20/2022 i spoke with a representative regarding my student loan debt. We proceeded with signing papers, which he was able to ***** me immediately. After the call, i did not feel good about the company- i researched more online and found all the complaints listed on Better Business Bureau website. I immediately called the representative back and advised i wanted to cancel the services and do not authorize them to withdraw payment from my account scheduled 07/08/2022. The rep advised he would submit the request to cancel. I requested the rep ***** me confirmation they are cancelling the services. The rep advised he cannot ***** me but i will get confirmation once completed. I was not OK with this- how can he ***** me immediately to sign papers to start services but cant ***** me about cancelling?! I sent multiple, escalated *****s and got in touch with *************************** Account Executive ************ who *****ed me on 06/21/2022 confirming cancellation "This ***** serves as a notice of cancellation of the agreement signed between ********************************* and Allied Financial Services. All information provided from the client will be deleted from file". On 07/07/2022 i got a call from the company by representative ************************* ************ confirming that payment withdraw will take place 07/08/2022. I advised **** G that payment CAN NOT be withdrawn, i do not authorize and services were cancelled 06/21/2022. **** G stated "oh, one of the files must have been missed. I will get this cancelled and ***** you immediately".I did receive an ***** immediately BUT the ***** stated "Your recent monthly program payment will be due 7/8/22 in the amount ******" and that it will be withdrawn.

      The mentioned client have got a confirmation of her cancellation not once but three times, the payment reminder email was sent out by the automated system which she was not yet taken out of. If we had any intension of taking her payments without her authorization we wouldn't bother to send her an agreement to sign. We are not sure what else is needed if the mentioned person already got a confirmation that the files are canceled.
