      Hello, my company Mad Dog Express has been billed for services that were never used. Myself and my sister has been trying to get some type of resolution on this matter since January 2021 with no success. We have called and emailed account managers numerous times with no responses, instead they continue to just **** us for services never received. We have even had several different associates look into our accounts and agree that we never received the equipment were being billed for. Please help, at this point were not even able to get phone calls returned or emailed replies.

      Verizon Connect sales associate sold me on 3 GPS units for my vans, took all my information including payment information and set a date for installation. They did not tell me prior to the appointment that the units were not in stock until I called the installer the day prior as they hadnt arrived, after he said to let him know when they did. I called Verizon Connect and they said they would have more stock mid September. Now, the beginning of September and I cant get a hold of anyone, calls go unanswered and voicemails and texts go unreplied. This is clearly a scam and its unfortunate to say that a company that is suppose to be a big name is just another *****.

      I have been trying for over two weeks (by email, phone, complaint page) to get a hold of someone with Verizon Connect with zero success in resolving this issue. I would like my contract terminated and account closed indefinitely. I would never continue to use a service with a company that has such little respect and customers service to their clients.

      Verizon Connect has attempted to contact the customer. The cancellation paperwork has been sent and will be finalized pending signature. There will be an invoice generated with the *** that will be credited once posted to the account.

      All, We are including EVERYONE in the email so no one can say you are not aware. I am copying our attorney also.We are currently a paying customer on the *** platform, for which we have been for at least six years now. Our payment is auto drafted from our bank account. CURRENT. Ok? Are we good with this part..now to continue..We ARE NOT a customer of the REVEAL platform! We do not have any equipment. We do not use the software. We do not utilize the REVEAL platform in any way. This did not happen due to the incredibly poor and incompetent customer service that could not get their act together. We do NOT want the REVEAL platform now or in the future. This was a pressured sale to the owner of the company by the rep leading him to believe that *** would not be functional in the VERY NEAR FUTURE. He would not have taken this "bait" knowing now what a disaster he was headed into.So, why are we continuing to get billed monthly for REVEAL??? Close the REVEAL Account ************ (Email)

       We do not have a contract with REVEAL, only NWF. They have breached their agreement on so many levels. I can supply at least 30 emails that show the facts about how they messed up. We did not sign the addendum to have the different equipment sent and will not be doing so. They cannot force us to migrate to REVEAL from NWF. Their has been several requests from NWF to ********** the account manager, to close the REVEAL account and $0 it out but she refuses to comply!

      There will be no early termination fees  for a contract that does not exist, including no equipment installed!!!

      This agreement was breached by REVEAL thus making this null and void. We have supporting emails and documented phone calls. The particulars in their contract have not been met by REVEAL. They are culpable, not us. We have a current paid account with NWF. Why are they being so vindictive and harassing their own customer???? If this is not resolved by closing out the REVEAL account that is NOT active and sending us unending past-due notifications , we will be moving to another company and they will not have us as a paying NWF client either.

      I entered into contract with Verizon connect in November of 2020. While already under a existing contract. Verizon had and has many service issues with there services being provided which they are well aware of. That was the main reason for the upgrade to there new system. During the contracted period Verizon failed to assist in assisting with installation of new gps units. The contract is closed per there doing and they sent the account to collections. There claim is the **** was never paid so the contract auto cancels and bills for the full term which is 36 months. I call Verizon they dont even know what collection agency has the matter. Beyond frustrating and cant even get a answer back from my go to sales representative.

      This concern has been escalated to the collections team to recall the written off balance. An account manager has been in tough with the customer to go over the confirmed fleet count. Once the written off balance has been recalled, we'll credit the accumulated charges and reduce the fleet to the proper number. Equipment will then be shipped and installed.
