      I was scammed by *****************************, a San Diego Pedicab driver in downtown *** Diego. He said it would be $80 total for the 40 min ride. However, upon drop off, I gave him $80 cash and retuned it back and stated it would be $80 per person. There were 3 of us in the group. He scammed us.

      On March 29, 2024 me and my girlfriend took pedicab from ******************************************************** to **************** (specifically ******** restaurant) for negotiated price of $20 cash for both of us.On the way back after dinner, we negotiated $25 cash for both of us, however after coming back to hotel, the driver (******) said that he can't accept cash and we have to pay by credit card. Upon giving him credit card the amount on Square Reader increased to $26.74, and I assuming it's extra for credit card charge signed on display and then told driver to round it up to $30 to give him initial tip of $5 from agreed $25 cash in the first place. I checked my credit card account in a couple of days and to my surprise, I was charged $321.74, basically agreed to pay $30, overcharged by $291.74 I filed a claim with my credit card company.

      June 28th, 2023 $769.99 I bought an electronic controller for a e-bike and they will not send it back to me, they just ignore my emails.I bought a controller for a surron lbx and it came in with an issue, they told me to send it back, after that they told me its my fault and it wasnt there problem and will not respond to any of my messages. They still have it and will not give it back which I have payed for it. I have not heard back in a couple weeks, they will not answer, or send me back anything I have payed for.No they have not tried to help out after this , I have emailed them.ORDER #**** I dont have the order number of the shipping I sent back to them I do have emails of it tho.
