    I have used the Del Mar Total Neck Cream for two months with absolutely no change. I will be asking for a refund. I have not had any skin improvement with a number of products I have tried from this company. **********

    After trying several well known competitors neck creams claiming to produce results in 30 days without success, I was truly skeptical about spending money on one more product. After using Del Mar Laboratories Total Neck Cream for 3 weeks, I actually could see a difference. Im now re-ordering 6 bottles of it! My best friend also recommended I try Del Mar Laboratories Total Package Serum as she was very pleased with it. Based on her high recommendation, I ordered one bottle to test it on my highly sensitive problem skin. Have used this product for only 2 weeks, but can actually see a difference in my skin. I've been spending a fortune on other face creams and am now going to switch to using the Total Package Serum. I highly recommend both products.

    This company sells anti-aging serums, plus other items. I tried it for a few months and it did nothing. A few months later I watched a video claiming great success from Sun Coast Sciences. I ordered that product. These two companies are the same thing! The packages are the same, the ingredients are exactly the same and in the same order, but they claim they are different companies!! What a scam! Don't fall for these companies promises!

    Have used this serum for 55 days. Still waiting for a miracle. Have taken pictures at 3 week intervals. No change. Unable to contact for advertised refund. What can I do.     Trying to stop company from delivering on auto delivery and they are very difficult to contact. No address or phone number . When they read this I sincerely hope they send me a return label and a instructions on how to stop auto delivery !!!

    I purchased some of their products last December and have been considering returning them because they dont work as promised. To my surprise this morning, I received an email telling me that they are shipping me additional products I did not expect. When I went to their website to request cancellation of the additional order it was impossible. They asked questions about why you want to cancel, but they never allow you to complete the process. This company sells inferior products and has poor business practices. I was not informed in advance of their intent to send me additional products until January 26 however, the website shows that they completed the process on January 25 . There should have been advanced notice.
