In late ****** of 2020, I ordered Organifi after seeing an ad on ******** It was quick and easy sign up on their website, but I could only select the monthly subscription with automated payments option. I still decided to invest in my health and continued to try it out for the first month. I did not like the thick powdery texture that would not blend into smooth and the taste was still ***** for me. I tried drinking it more ways by adding flavored milks and trying a blender bottle. I was spending more money to try and drink this powder up. It was not worth it. So I sent an email for cancellation and didnt get an answer before the month was up. I tried calling several times and no pick up on the phone or call back from my messages. I waited a bit more time and tried again. This went on and on for months. Finally, six months later, they decided to send me a return tag but only refund me for a couple of bottles even though only one was opened. They waited until I had no computer access to finally send me the label to print out and told me that there is no other way to get the refund until I sent the bottled back with the approved labels only. The customer service was horrible and they kept stalling on responses lengthening the time of my subscription so I couldnt get my money back. One of the employees earlier said that they would email me the labels and never did. I couldnt access my account online saying that it didnt exist, but my subsciptiom was still active. I lost about $500 that I never received a portion back from since the communications stopped at me not having access to a printer for the labels while they still kept my credit card information. The only way I stopped more payments from being taken was changing my bank information. Unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and fraudulent handling of my account is what I received from this business. I still would like to find a way to get a refund of my money.
