    I had seen an ad of ******** to try this powder from Skinny Fit for $10.87. I paid that and received it. Now I have been charged two time a for $65.50 and $54.57 and I did not wish to purchase anything else. I have emailed the company several times and they say they respond within ***** hours but they do not! I have called the number and you only have an option to leave a message and they will get right back with you and they dont. I tried staying on the phone for 20 mins and it repeated said if you would like to leave a message we will call you back. The number is ************. I feel this is a scam and needs to be reported!!Plus there is a $99.90 pending on my ******

    I've emailed and called regarding a cancel to a subscription I did not authorize. NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME!

    On April 17, 2025 I placed an order on SkinnyFits website via an instagram link claiming to send a free bottle of weight loss gummies. Upon confirming the order, I was charged a total of $56.32. These charges went through, but the company attempted to charge me an additional $100 as well.

    I ordered the product from skinny fit , they offer a 30 money back guarantee- the product was a watermelon flavored drink mix . It tasted like fish. I didnt like it. I called them and sent emails. I said to please cancel and I wanted to return the merchandise. I returned the merchandise within the 30 days , they received the product March *******. And I still waiting on my refund of $80.73 .

    On March 9 I contacted Skinny fit to return product and get refund . I received return labels and shipped product back to them before the ***************************************** received my refund and I have sent several request to them and no replies. And I requested my account be canceled

    The item has been delivered to them on 4/14 after i returned it. No one is responding to the email and everytime i call even if i leave my number. I don't get a callback. I want them to remove the pending charge on my account as i already returned their item.

The only charge is the initial shipping fee of $5.95 which is non-refundable per our terms and conditions. The customer may have seen a pre-authorization hold of the funds and should fall of since it will not settle as a sales charge.

    On March 28 th I ordered what was said to be a trail for 6.38. And I would be charged later for the balance. On that same day a hold was put on my account for *****. I canceled the order on March 28th because I did not have the ***** at that time to spend. But the ***** is still on hold! They said it would fall off in 6 days . It has been much longer than 6 days and still on hold. I would like to have this hold removed so I can use my money. They say they have no control over that. They had control when they took it. Why not to give it back?

When the order confirmed, it automatically puts a pre-authorization hold for the $49.95, a Preauthorization is a fraud prevention measure used by financial institutions to ensure the safety of transactions. It temporarily holds the card, verifying the necessary funds are available. We do not control the release of this hold, if the charge turns into a sale , this settles, if the charge is voided, declined or canceled. It falls off. We let the customer know to contact their bank for assistance.  There are no other charges in the customers account.

    Skinnyfit had a add on ******** advertising free sample with paid shipping. On April ******* clicked on what I thought was ordering he sample several times and the next thing I knew ****** was pulling several withdrawals. $40.4950.62,47.95 and 48.60,$5.68 I have attempted to contact both parties, but I have only gotten AI responses so far.

    I canceled the account via email within 1 week of receiving my order because I was unable to access my account via the ******************** site. I sent multiple emails containing cancellation. I was charged various amounts almost weekly totaling $257 to date. I sent another email for a refund and never received a return call, email or refund. Please help!
