      I ordered the Whiskey Black Rugged Automatic Watch and Military Stonewashed Arrow Bracelet for my son's birthday. I had a personalized message added to the back of the watch that made this gift extra special. I received timely updates on the shipping status of the order, and it was delivered within the ****** son absolutely loves the watch. It is quite beautiful, both in design and quality. With a watch repair kit, I was easily able to remove two links so that it fit my son properly. I appreciate the nice packaging, and the fact that the watch came with two additional links.He also loves the bracelet. We did have a bit of a hiccup at first, in that the clasp on the bracelet was loose and would come undone with even a slight movement of his arm. He didn't get to wear it for a while because he was afraid of losing it. I emailed the support email several times, but did not receive a reply, so I was worried that I might be out the money and the gift. However, I reached out to Original Grain through ******** and received a reply within 24 hours. After showing them our issue, they promptly began an "exchange" that did not require us to ship the defective piece back; great for their carbon footprint and less hassle for me, as the customer.If I have any constructive criticism to offer, it would be to not list the support email as a primary means for customers to get help or check your spam filter settings to ensure customer emails are reaching you. Perhaps try listing ******** as the primary support contact method, as I received great customer service this way.Other than that, we are extremely pleased by their product, their pledges, and their customer service. I plan on ordering more products as gifts for my husband in the future. I highly recommend this company!

      Tennessee ****** / **** ******* collector. Love, love, love the watch. I wont be happy until I collect the other JD watches in this collection. A Squire watch would be awesome for those that are lucky enough to be a squire. You could include the squire number to personalize the watch.

      I ordered through their website and the day of delivery I received a notification that ****** would be delivering my package today. Its past 8:30pm and I check the tracking link and it states that the watch was left at my front door/porch but there is nothing there! Also why the f**k would you leave something expensive at the front door for someone to take and also late at night??? I spent all that money on a watch for my husband and I never received what I paid for. F**k these con artists and who gives a sh*t that its veteran owned when that stupid owner cant even use a reliable company to deliver our orders! I just got scammed out of hundreds of dollars.

      While considering a couple of diff Opry watches on their website, I received a pop-up message to sign-up for SMS. Did that and received an offer for $100-off. Great, except the company wouldn't honor it. They claimed the watch was already discounted, which wasn't indicated in the price displayed on their website. **************** then offered 10% - more insult. I didn't want to give-up since I liked one particular watch. After several back-and-forth emails, they reluctantly agreed to rebate $100, if I bought the watch. It's interesting they would think I would trust them to follow-through on the rebate after purchase. At this point, I just wasn't excited about the watch and it certainly wasn't worth anymore of my time. What a disappointment.

      My son loves his watch which was purchased for his birthday and we will surely recommend this company and products. Unfortunately due to the **** being the ****, the watch arrived late. I received a questionnaire to share my thoughts and did so. I did not ask for a refund due to the mailing fiasco but the ** team processed one for my shipping costs due to the circumstances. Unexpected and totally appreciated the initiative! Great customer service! ******* B

      Do not order from Original Grain. I wanted to love this company. Their watches are unique - thought it would be the perfect gift. Appear philanthropic. The watch was beautiful - but terribly small for my husband. No way for me to anticipate that. Had purchased late Nov for Christmas. Started contacting them on 12/26 about options - didn't want to return. They assured me I could buy replacement links that were out of stock - but would be in by end of ******** mid-February I said forget it - I don't want the watch anymore. Suddenly the links became available. Too late. And am not interested in waiting any longer or giving this company any more money. Initiated a dispute w **** after asking them I would gladly return in original packaging at no expense to me. Delay, delay, delay. Sent me the return policy. That's great - I had read that. There is no way I was paying for the refund or a restocking fee after waiting that long. **** honored my dispute, the watch has been returned, and they are still bothering me to stop the dispute or they won't refund my money. Ridiculous. You will get polite replies from their "Chief Happiness Officer" - but they are just kicking the can down the road. You will not hear from the Company Officers, as they state. I have not. Not a customer friendly company. It is not worth buying one of these watches. If you have a problem, you must constantly bug them to resolve. I'm not interested in giving my money to people who don't support their customers when problems occur.

      I had an awesome experience with Original Grain. My original watch was not keeping time so I reached out and within a day or two, someone had me send a video and also had me fill out a questionnaire. A few days later they sent me an email outlining how to send back my watch for a replacement watch, no problem and then a few days later my replacement watch was back on my wrist. ******** was so easy to work with. Thank you so much Original Grain.

      Original Grain has terrible costumer service and the worst company I have bought from in a very long time. The order placed on the website before I could update my information in the form (shipping info was my previous address due to recently moving) . I canceled the order within 10 mins it was placed but they did not process the cancelation. I emailed twice , used their chat feature and even had a *** of company try to upsell my order before shipment via text but refused to help me cancel the order. I then explained to the company when I finally got a hold of them 3 days later after order shipped and explained my frustration and how I 9 months pregnant and will now have to drive a very far distance to pick up a watch I attempted to cancel numerous times and it is unsafe for me to do so this close to my due date (there return window is very tight). This also adding another task and worry a week before my due date simply because of their complete negligence to cancel an order timely. They said someone would get back to me to address concerns and frustration but since then ignored emails and never followed up with me. Overall I had to request the company to call me 5 times or to provide any form of follow up and to this day have not had one single person from the company attempt to outreach me. They truly do not care about their costumers and have a terrible process for order cancelation and returns. 0/1000 recommend this company.

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No responses to any emails or text chatting, and they don't provide quality operating instructions for charging a solar phone. I love the watch, to be clear, but this is trash post-sale operations. I'm STILL waiting two hours later to have someone answer my chat questions, while I'm on day 4 of my email going unresponded to.

      I had a problem with one of the watches I ordered. I contacted *****, customer happiness director, and he went out of his way to solve the problem! I wish other companies would be so customer service oriented. Not only do they appreciate their customers they are also a very patriotic company.
