    I too don't understand the horrible reviews. My experience was just fine, including their customer service, which I contacted three times after reading the awful reviews and being concerned that I had been scammed. I received what I ordered in fine condition and was able to track it with no problems. The order did take a while, but it was shipped cross country and ordered during a holiday season.

    Why didn't I look them up first! Looks like I got taken for just under $200. Does anyone know if there is an actual fraud case against them?

    Placed order last week. It seems like I received a fake tracking number and now I cannot speak to anyone on the phone.

    I ordered a gift for Christmas on 12/10. They track shipping through shop. However, according to shop they never received a tracking number. My gift was never delivered. I called Uptown and left 3 voicemails and emailed twice with no response.

    If you are looking for a reputable website, this ain't it. After receiving only one of the two items I ordered, numerous attempts to resolve the issue were either ignored entirely or were worded in such a way as to make me feel as though I were some kind of ************ trying to rip THEM off. Don't ****** with your precious money or time here.This business is NOT accredited with the BBB. They have an F rating and a dozen customer service complaints like mine on record.

    I do not understand the * rating for Uptown Spirits. My first order (aside from the longer than anticipated processing and delivery time) was exactly what I ordered and delivered where it was supposed to be. I chose the cheaper delivery method, so no tracking number for my order was available (even after downloading the Shop app), but I got a heads up text to have someone over 21 to sign for delivery the day it arrived. Living in ****, I'm so glad I was able to order some unavailable liquor online!

    This is not a business. It is a scam masquerading as a business. I ordered several bottles of liquor on 6/9/23. The delivery date kept changing and finally on 6/28 I got notice the package was delivered. Back to the seller in ********* (I'm in **************). Called three separate times and left messages each time. Contacted through company's website. All had no response.DO NOT USE. This is a FRAUD.

    Ordered from their website, and when it stated it was delivered someone else forged my signature. Making me Mad at my neighbors, and my whole family through a riot. But I know this website is a scam, do not trust it whatsoever. They committed fraud just to get my money, and make me believe someone else got it!The spam checker stated this site was completely legit, which it is NOT! Have the ****** look into this company pronto. They forged my signature, and that is 10 years Jail time!! This company are liars, and should all be investigated by the police!Trust only reviews from others. Some people will think how well their website is, and how much they are NOT a SCAM! But honestly this is a SCAM Website. Do not buy here, and I am stating this for your well being NOT to get ripped off, and violated!

    They did not include multiple bottles in my order. When this was questioned, they told me that the bottles were damaged by *** and that because I didn't pay for route insurance, they were not responsible. I was never told when I signed for the package that items had been damaged so my guess is that they lied and essentially stole my money.If the bottles were damaged, why did I not receive them? It's really convenient for a company like this to forget to include items in an order and then lean on route insurance (which is a scam), to disregard fulfilling an order that wasn't completely filled. Never shopping with them again.

    Hi, thank you for the opportunity on clarify this issue, We Uptown Spirits received a letter from *** with a notification that the order for ***************** was damage on shipping, my mistake was not to check if this package was active with insurance protection due to our shipping policies on our website are very clear ones the order is out of our facilities is not protected for damage by our policies. I read this letter and We contacted him regarding this issued, he confirms that the box looked was repacked that's what *** do when a order got damage they repacked discharge the damage portion of the order. I really think the reason he didn't contact us is because he knew his order was not protected. He di not have any pictures of any damage to provided. After a few days we claim a bottle was leaked. After I check to file the claim on Route protection notice that this order was not insure with this service, I check ***************** past history order he always add this accepted for this time he chose not to protect his order. His order was full fill with all the bottle tracking information and label was created with the correct items, the weight of the package equivalence to the bottles ordered. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience on this order.
