Our representative, *** *****, went above and beyond to work with our needs and our tastes to ensure we were happy with our choices. On top of being very informative about the products and choices available to us, he was extremely personable, and made the experience quite pleasant. We are repeat customers, having previously purchased windows and a door for a different section of our house.

Had a major window replacement of three areas of my 32 year old home. The front entryway, street side upstairs bedroom, and master bedroom windows. The original windows had lost their effectiveness, cracked or broken from when the house settled over the years, or were no longer openable. All together the three window groups consisted of over twelve individual windows. The sales and production team did a wonderful job of putting together a very nice plan for the replacements. The instillation crew, lead by ******, worked very hard on the installation. No project of this magnitude goes without a hitch, and ****** and crew did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of situations and getting my input on solutions. After two full days, with day two being a very long day, majority of the instillation is completed. The work area was covered with plastic on the surrounding walls and furniture and the floors areas were covered with tarps. The workers were always very careful with, and respectful of, my home. Some minor drywall and painting are yet to do, but those items are already scheduled for right after the weekend. Nice windows, good team, worth it.Renewal by Andersen
