    I found claim with my insurance company around March 2024 the construction started April 2024. The actual removal of the floor and the cabinets and countertops was done June 17, 2024. June 20 wrote a check for him for $11,500 . June 20 he texted saying he ordered the countertops June 23. Cabinets were ready to be picked up. June 29 he texted saying the floors would be ready for pick up on Wednesday July 3, received a text asking for 6500 for the rest of the order. July 2 nd I Zelle $6000. July 19 he texted saying cabinets are done did not complete the cabinets there were no k**** July 25, I Zelle $1500. August 2 I texted no response August 5. He texted saying sorry cant talk. August 5 he texted saying project will be done on August 30. August 7, I texted requesting the completion date to give to insurance company. He texted a completion date of September 20. From August 7 to August 23, I got no response from the company. August 23. I received a text from *** stating boarding plane on way home. Call with you tonight on vacation. August ************************************************************** the text he asked for 15 K I texted back saying you said you already purchased the floors on September 3. September 13 he said countertops are being installed on Thursday which would be September 19. September 17, received a Group text message from ***** from royalty water damage. Royalty Water took care of the water damage and referred me to his friend *** from arch restoration construction and he also referred me to ****** from Temporary Housing express. As of today, September 18, 2024 there has been no work done to my home. My refrigerator was unplugged by. Royalty Water per *** . There is a bug infestation, mold coming from the refrigerator. Upstairs, is a mess. Which should have been packed up by royalty Water nonetheless *** from Arch restoration construction stated that *********** made a deal with the up stairs. refrigerator replacement $3500
