  I did a notary signing for them in Aug 2024 and it's not OCT 2024 and I still haven't got paid from them. I have called and called and sent several emails with no response.

  I have 8 signings as far back as 108 days ago that have gone unpaid. I have sent invoices and attempted phone calls. *** does not pay notaries. I will no longer accept assignments from this company and as a new notary signing agent, it is disappointing to have this experience. I don't know how to recover the money owed to me. i reached out to the 3rd party, ******** and they said it is not their responsibility to collect or facilitate payment. What a ridiculous system. We trust the 3rd party to give us assignments from companies that will pay us, but they provide absolutely no protection if that company decides not to pay.

  HORRIBLE COMPANY. I still have not been paid for services I provided TWO MONTHS AGO. Looking through their ****** reviews and BBB complaints, this is a common theme. Luckily I only did one job for them before they stiffed me; others did multiple jobs for them before realizing they wouldn't get paid.

  I agree Coast to Coast company is horrible they will not pay their notary's! They collect 1/2 the fee for them and then they keep it 100% and don't pay. If I could give them a 0 star review I would. Horrible to rip off the people who make the company money. Consumer don't use them for a signing service go to a reputable one like US Certified Signers or First Class.

  I'll chime in on the non-payment. I conducted a signing on 4/26 and have not been paid. I've emailed twice, left 3 messages on voicemail, sent a message through the portal. They don't answer. I will not work for C2C anymore.

  This is a complaint for Non-Payment of a signing that I did back on May10,2024. It is now going on 59 days since I have been paid. I spoke to the title company in regard to this signing and Coast2Coast has been paid. I have sent out numerous emails with my invoice in regards for non-payment. We notaries work hard for our money. It takes time and money for us to print out the documents, but there comes a time when we would like to get paid as well. If this company is going under do not take away from the people that you have hired to do the job. Right is right and wrong is wrong. This company is in the wrong for lack of payment to the notaries. We have families to take care of as well as everyone else out here working. When we do not get paid this takes away from my family and everyone else who is a notary trying to make a living for their families. I truly enjoy my job as a notary but saddens me when something like this happens. I have learned my ****** with Coast 2 Coast and will no longer except any jobs posted from them again. It saddens me knowing that other notaries out there that have worked for them and they are going on 100 plus days of not getting paid from Coast 2 Coast. I just want to get paid!!!! I have learned my ****** through Coast 2 Coast and numerous signing companies not to take any signings from them again.

  This company pays far under industry average for notaries. Their signing instructions are also extremely unprofessional in tone. It almost sounds like reading a gossip column. Its very melodramatic, and you have to pick through many pages of complaining to extract actual useful information. Its very doom and gloom do this or else type of languagenot very good leadership within the organization. Additionally, theyre very slow at getting back to you, and *** never been able to reach them by phone other than to leave a message. To the notaries out there, I would avoid working with this company unless youre brand new and simply trying to gain experience. Once you have about 10 signings, dont bother with this company. If youre a lender or a title company, this company attracts a lower caliber notary with the low pay and bad communication. Reputable, detail-oriented professional notaries will likely stop working with them. You would be better off using a different signing service.

  Was supposed to do a closing signing in *****. They were sending a notary to the wrong and state. They called me, I called back and they did not return the phone call until over 24 hours later and did not understand that we are a different state and not even close. It took them 48 hours to figure this out and now closing will be a day late. This all could have been avoided if just simple research was done on ****** maps. From their displayed lack of knowledge to lack of communication I do not recommend anyone using this company.

  One of the worst agencies I have used. I removed myself from their data base today after they denied my payment for not having accurate paperwork - The paperwork that was inaccurate... was provided by them. So, not only did I waste my time, the clients time and my supplies, they simply say, payment is denied due to not following rule...X. Do NOT sign with this organization. Rude and unprofessional.

  I have done 19 loans with C2C and either they cancel them due to client error or just not paying you once completed. I have never recovered any payments from any complete closing...
