      Ameritek sold us a periodic water softener system for $12,000. It was financed through *** finance CSR 1 88 314-4588 on 12/16/2022. We were guaranteed a lifetime warranty and service technicians to come out for new filters that were supposedly do every 2 years. I have contacted multiple ************ representatives since October 2024. The supposed technician did not show up for two scheduled appointments. After getting the runaround for multiple CSR Ameritek representatives I contacted puuronics service tech who told me they did not install the periodic water softener, but a cheaper version of theirs and you cannot get those filters. I now have to pay more money to get an actual puronics system for under the sink. All paperwork goes online and I only have the supposed warranty card and my possession.

      I'm sorry to hear that customer Mrs. ********* had miss understanding with her account. ******************** only provided installation services, she purchase from Water ***************** and more likely she was contacting them, even if Ameritek did not sold the system to this family we are happy to provided maintenance service to them, we will call her to schedule a service appointment.

      Ameritek my elder parents sign a contract for a water system. The contract was not was not given to them in writing and was only provided online. My parents do not know how to use the Internet nor do they have an email, but this ****** help them create a whole whole email and sign for them. They deceive my parents that this product was free and then made them sign a contract for $8000 .

      Ameritek provided services to ****************** he was fully aware of the purchase, when daughter found out about it, she disagrees, and ****************** decided not to move forward with the purchase.  Based on his reason, Ameritek help ****************** and removed the Puronics Water system with no cancelation fees, leaving him with no further obligation.

      Date of transaction Sep 16, 2023 The day of install we had a massive water leak. No number was provided to have a technician fix the leak and the sales *** did not provide us with any paperwork or his number until months after the equipment was installed. We wanted to cancel but by the time we received the contract it said we had 3 days to cancel and would have to pay a fee. We did not receive that contract for months. The sales *** said my credit would only be ran once and it was ran 3 times. I was moving from out of state and I was back and forth, I lost my job in the process. I reached out to the company to try and have the equipment uninstalled but they told me it was too late as they NEVER disclosed that I was only allowed 3 days to cancel. The equipment caused my water bill to increase significantly and I was told it would lower my water bill. The equipment was installed before financing was obtained, When I finally received the contract it said that I have owned my home for 20 years but I barely purchased in 2023. I asked about it and the company said it is part of their process and they had to put that on the contract, I believe that is falsifying a contract. The sales *** has harrassed me and family, he has also come by my home and offered me money under the table, which is illegal. I have never accepted the money offered by the sales ***. I was also told that I could have the machine serviced at any time and it would be free, when I reached out to the company they said there would be a charge. The company called the sales *** and he had a technician harass me and family to come into my house, I did not let anyone in my home. I want the equipment uninstalled and an explanation. The sales *** also said that he was from the Phoenix Water Services Department and he needed to test the water, which was also a lie.

      Mrs. ****** call Ameritek multiple times and she was assisted by answering all her concerns. Ameritek wants to provided best service as possible, and we decided to send sales representative ***** ****** who initially contacted Mrs. ****** unfortunately she refused his assistance. Mrs. ****** contacted financial institution where she has her account and we received their request for assistance, this time we decided to send our technician with out an appointment since we were unable to contact her, Our Technician show up to her doorstep and she also refused to receive our technician. She can contact us any time for assistance.

      Ameritek Industries nos vendi una tienda para vender agua purificada* nos dijeron que solamente tenamos que conseguir el local y que en 3 a 4 semanas nuestro negocio estara listo para abrir* pagamos $73*500 por el producto y servicio. Nos ofrecieron una marca de filtro y instalaron otra marca que ellos nos dijeron que es mejor que ********* ya pasaron ms de 5 meses y el trabajo no est terminado* le llamo a la Seora ******************************* y no me contesta * hablo con los vendedores y ellos no pueden solucionar nada * hemos perdido dinero* tiempo y est situacin nos a trado mucho estrs* les pido por favor que nos ayuden a solucionar este problema con esta compaa que con mentiras venden sus servicios y productos .

      My ******** system was supposed to be financed for 60 months 0% percent interest but the promotional period was chenged by your employees. I now found myself paying interest on with synchrony when I should have 3 more year at 0% interest. I need to have someone contact me regarding this change in mu contract and proof since I am now planning to seek legal counseling.

They then notified us that they couldn't find the replacement part and would provide a replacement fax machine but never did. The company stopped responding to us. The resolution would be a reimbursement back of ***** We have the invoice to provide proof that payment was made.

      I have been medically diagnosed during the contract time frame by medical provider with memory and cognitive problems. My son ************ received a call from ************ asking my son where my mom has been. Son replied she has not been well because they were taking care of me. The vendor sold the device with promises of not buying water again but he never disclosed to at there still maintenance like buying bags of salt. Date of transaction is 8/10/2022 my son reached out on my behalf through email on on August 9th 2022 that I didn't want it he still showed up and installed the system. ************* is very aggressive and pushed to install the system. We have audio recordings of him. I also have medical documents that I was very vulnerable at this time. I do not want the system as I was not told all the truth about it and was not mentally stable.`

She signed the application, and required finance contract, and the equipment was installed in her home. Since this installation, she has visited ****** at the swap meet and advised him of her satisfaction with the equipment purchase she made. Yesterday, on September 13, 2022 ****** went to visit the client because of the complaint filed at the BBB. He spoke with **********, her son ********, her sister, and another friend were also present. ********** advised ****** she likes the purchase she made and wants to ensure she continues to have clean water. ****** offered to remove the equipment if she was not satisfied with the purchase. ********** advised she like the water treatment equipment and wants to keep it, she doesn't want to have it removed. It appears that one of the other sons, ******** is behind the complaint, and urging the removal of the equipment, not **********, our client.

      Hello, I purchased a water softening system on *********** I was suppose to get a Purionics water system indications were to get it serviced every 12 months. Well I did get the system installed but it was not purionics, its a total different brand which the its performance is poor. I called my service rep to tell her about my salt issue in 03/2021 so she sent me a technician. This technician instead of looking into my issue he did its "annual" service which I got charged for 180.00 dollars according to the tech his wife is my sales rep so everything was legitimate. I get a call from my sales rep 4 months later telling me that my system needs service because it has been a year and and there is no service scheduled before I can say anything she tells me that the technician will be here in town this upcoming Friday ant it would be a total of 180.00 dollars. I express my concern her answer was that my service was not reported so therefore it is due. Horrible customer service, extremally rude tone of voice. Every time I have an issue or question there is no concrete answer just run around all they insist is on collecting money for their "annual" service that they tend to do twice a year due to it not being "in the system". I am seeking help by BBB to either get my correct system that I am currently paying for installed or I want total discontinuation of this system and a full refund because I strongly believe this is fraud, Installing a cheaper equipment that it is not stated in my contract, and issues not being properly taken care of when addressed by the customer.
