    I already booked the flight. I am trying to pay for my seat online after selecting a seat. Every time when I check out to pay it takes me to the Contact Information page. And even after entering my email and Phone, it says "Sorry, contact details have not been saved. Please try again." It's like an endless loop. Please someone fix the software bug on this page.

    We were in the Philippines and our scheduled back to ********** was July 24, 2024 and there was a hurricane that made the freeway and all the major highways to the airport was flooded and un passable. In short, we did not make it to our flight which is seven passenger total. But we made a call to the airline and unfortunately they offered us August 17, 2024 return flight. I asked them for the soonest they have because my kids will start school on the 1st of Aug. and my parents has scheduled doctors appointments on the 26th of July. Due to a long waiting period we did not accept the offer instead we bought another seven tickets and scheduled July 28 with multiple transfer/layover and that was the cheapest airline that we found. Unfortunately the first airline is Philippine airlines and it was delayed from Philippines to Narita and we missed our Narita to Honululu flight. Another disaster after disaster. Anxiety, stress, frustration and multiple phone calls to the airlines to get compensated. After multiple emails complaints to Philippine airlines they gave us option to use our half flight to rebook but the validity is August 23, 2024. Another complaint was made that it is impossible to use within that close date after spending thousands of money just to buy new tickets that its shouldnt be. This is not the first time we were delayed without compensation. We needed our deserved compensation.

    Our flight had been cancelled last july 21; it was rebooked on august 4, but was cancelled again. We cant stay anylonger so we said no when they told that the next available flight will be on August 10. We told them that we cant stay anylonger, we really need to go home. my daughter will start school on the 19th of August. My daughter gets very anxious and nervous about the cancellation of the flight. We really need to go home, they offer us a re booking on August 6 via ********* with an overnight stop over. I asked where we are going to stay, they said that I have to book the hotel and shoulder all the expenses. Other than that they also said that, that is just a one time curtesy re booking and the next one, I might get charge with penalty. i said No! We book a direct flight and PAL was the one that cancell the flight. Because of that, I get so anxious, nervous, and I was actually shaking and having a tummy ache. While my daughter was crying, nervous and very anxious. I told them what was going on with us, and our case has been escalated I told them that I dont feel good anymore and I have medical condition. They gave us case number,, promised us a flight proposal but They want us to submit our medical record, and I did! After submitting my medical record I told them to book already the proposed flight, but then they told be that flight was not available anymore. Me and my daughter was not able to get get sleep that whole night because we still communicating with them until it was 4 in the morning. They finally re book us via ********* with 4 hours of lay over. This was the worst airline to deal with. It was an ordeal, they have no mercy on what you are going through, and NOBODY cares about us. We felt sick in the stomach, shaking, anxious and nervous but they dont care. I even told them that my daughter needs to calm down and email her therapist to help her, they still DONT CARE! It was a very sad and traumatic experience dealing with PHILIPPINE AIRLINES!!!

    I have a flight from ****** to ***. I called Philippine airline customer twice and was on hold for 40 minutes and then disconnected. No call back from them. My issue was me and my husband and kids (3 minors) were put on a different seats. I called them ask for help about my issue. The 1st agent (******) asking me to pay 600$ to be able to seat with my kids. 125$ per seat. After waiting for 40 minutes, call Got disconnected and no call back. I called again and spoke to supervisor this time and was on hold for another 40 minutes. Per manager, they are having a meeting about my concern. Call Got disconnected and waited for them to call back and no call back from them. I will try to call them again for the 3rd time.

    I would give philippine airlines a zero customer rating, but there's no option. ****************** canceled a flight I had going to **** at the very last minute. As you can imagine, this was devastating, as I had planned this trip with friends and family a year before the trip.I have been waiting for over three months for a refund which they refuse to give me. The total refund is over $3000, which is costly. They keep giving me excuses as to why they won't refund my tickets + meal service. REMEMBER TO FLY WITH philippine airlines. Be warned, the organization is full of crooks. *********** ********, I will NEVER fly with you again. Nasty business and horrible customer service. Crooks.

    This is the worst travel experience of our lives. First of all, we booked our return flight on 03/01/23 as we have to an event to attend on 03/03/23. PAL changed our flight without any explanation to 3/3/23 and also changed our seats that we chose and paid extra for. We were not offered any compensation, any offers whatsoever and staff did not know why it happened either. To make matters worse, we were given seats on our flight back that were non-operational, not reclining. Imagine flying almost 13 hours sitting upright and uncomfortably? Even the flight stewardess commented that those seats should not have been sold. Food was horrible, in-flight internet not working.So, not only did we miss our event on 3/3/23, we also had a very uncomfortable experience on the flight. We are appealing with the BBB as to why PAL continues to overbook flights and continues to be in business with those practices ?

    My flight on 12/31/22 from *** to *** Flight PR730 was cancelled due to airport issues at ***. I can understand re-scheduling us to the next day. What I don't appreciate is that *** announced verbally at the airport that they would pay for hotel accommodations/food/transport due to the delay. I was traveling with my family of 4. They gave us an email address of laxkzpr@pal for reimbursements. Granted it was 11pm on New Years Eve so of course the hotel prices were obscene. Regardless we had no other choice as our flight was delayed until the next day. When I sent the receipts to PAL, I received no response at all. I'm spent over $600 for 4 adults for 1 night hotel stay, hotel breakfast and taxis. Basically we were catfished and they ghosted by ***. There's nothing left to do but rant about them.

    My flight was delayed from ****** to ***. I told group uh and and cabin crew I have a connecting flight that I will miss, *** to *******. Nobody bothered to care. Got to *** 8pm, took 1 hr for my baggage claim, hence missed the 9pm flight to *******. Called PAL customer service, hung up on me. Called 3x again, hung up on me. 4th time, they were able to rebook my flight ****** Aiines 9pm(Fri) to ****** Airliens 7am(Sat). Didnt even bother to offer me a hotel. Slept on the floor in *** airport. Checked in to my ****** Airlines flight for **** per PAL confirmation eticket. ****** Airlne couldn't find my flight as per AA agent, they PAL booked me to so many flights. *** to ******* to ******* and *** to *** to *******.Called PAL again, got fixed. Seems like nobody in PAL knows what they are doing. From flight always delayed and customer service is really really bad, inconsiderate people. If ever you have a choice, never ever fly PAL. This was the cheapest I could find as I went home to attend my Mom's burial. I SWEAR, PAL ALWAYS LATE!!!!

    I WOULD NEVER USE PAL AGAIN! If I can give a 0 star i would.I did not get a notification that my first flight has been changed. Luckily, I called them to double check some info and that is how I knew about the change. If I have not called them, I would have missed my flight!I chose a more expensive ticket for the convenience of not having to wait long on my layover flight and with the change, I am now waiting for 6hrs! I am not even requesting for a refund but all I wanted is for them to give me some form of compensation such as an access to their lounge so I could wait comfortably to show their customer such acknowledgment for the mistake and to feel heard and cared for.Spent so many hours with different agents and nothing got resolved. They did not do anything to work with me. And kept making me go back and fourth between them and the connecting carrier. All they do is pinpoint the blame to the other carrier. But the thing is I purchased this ticket thru PAL, they chose to partner with the carrier. No matter who changed the flight, they should coordinate with their partner to resolve the customers concern. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Never again.

    My flight was canceled during the pandemic and was stranded in the Philippines. Philippine Airlines canceled all their flight to the U.S. I had to buy another ticket though another airline to get home. I never got to use my return ticket. I tried numerous of time calling but they never answered any calls due to high volume . So finally I got hold of Philippine Airlines though ******** and was told I had to go though my travel agent. My travel agent is no longer in business due to the epidemic so I no longer can contact them. Now they are telling me they cannot honor an expired ticket. It was expired because they canceled my flight.
