Participation in identity theft by allowing and approving an account on 10/31/21 to be opened by a person that is not me but was using my stolen personal information. Kickoff lending was sent multiple emails to resolve this matter and was non-responsive. The phone # doesn't allow for a message to be left or to speak with a representative.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: i sent multiple email to the address provided in the businesses response and all were bounced back. Nobody answers their phone during business hours and no option to leave a voicemail is available.

I visited a website Kikoff that stated it helps to rebuild credit by purchasing an item and paying a "small" monthly fee. They report to the credit bureau. I visited, did not purchase any items, did not receive ANYTHING have not visited this site since; however, I continue to receive emails regularly stating "my **** is due" I have emailed the individuals at Kikoff to inform them, I am not using their services, and I thought we can to an understanding. They have continued to email me, and now have provided negative remarks on my credit for late and delinquent payments. I would like these fraudulent marks removed, and for them to stop harassing me for items I never received or used.Business response

I was under the impression that opening an acct would give me $500 credit to build credit. Nowhere was it stated that you could only use credit for self help e books nor did it say that by opening an account you were purchasing an acct for $24. I demand that $24 be removed and not reported to my credit and this account be closed immediatelyBusiness response

Kickoff lending is reporting to the credit bureaus that I have an open account owing $24.00.....I never opened an account with this company I have tried to call the number they provide but Noone ever answers and I don't see an email address to send them my complaint.....I just want this unauthorized account closed and removed from my credit reports immediatelyBusiness response

This company markets to people with low credit, after requesting to cancel account, they still reported my account late to credit bureau. I have attempted to dispute it and they will not correct it on all three reports it is only corrected on transunion.Business response

Upon a review of my credit report, I noticed an unauthorized account (kickoff Lending) was reporting. I emailed the company and explained that I was a victim of identity theft and I did not authorize this account. They are yet still reporting this account and is not making any effort to remove the account from my Experian credit report. According to the **** that is against the guidelines.Business response

Someone used identity theft and opened an account at Kikoff.com under my name DESPITE the fact that I have credit fraud alerts on ALL of the reporting agencies and freezes also. I tried to contact the phone number that was listed for Kikoff.com under the credit reporting agencies and it referred me to send a regular (unsecured) email to them for any communication. Their website has nothing on it regarding what to do about fraudulent activity. The only email that comes back to me is that they will "do their best" to eventually get back to me.Business response
