Do not trust these people for real they take your money and then they mislead you to think you will get it back after a year you put in and you dont liesssss although am on a fixed income, trying to build my credit and Kickoff takes my money this is wrong!!

Was charged over the advertised $5 price after a year of working fine, the excuse was I made a purchase a year ago on the kickoff store that was supposed to only increase the time in which I would pay the $5. My statement stated only a $5 bill was due, with an automatic payment, I was charged $5.20 this month(June2024). I know it's only .20, but it's the same as T-Mobiles new price hike. False Advertisement!

I have 2 Kikoff accounts that I supposedly opened that I know nothing about. Supposed to be credit builders. One a line of credit??? One a savings account. I have previously called to try and figure out that it is and still do not understand it. Checking my credit score today my score went down due to a secured loan of $110.00. I called Kikoff as not aware of a loan and it is a savings account. I need this fixed. I have sent a dispute to Transunion.

They stolen my money after I closed account. I would not trust them

They take your money and they will not get it back to you

Thank thanks for nothing kickoff I opened an account did not know how to use the app deposited no money now I have a bad **** on my credit score from kickoff sing the count is closed thank you for s******* my credit up even more shysters

They are out to get your money! You get lied to from start. I was unable to speak with anyone to resolve anything I I would call and try to explain what was happening and I'm told yes yes it's all set, No it's not sir **** ok fill out form it will be fixed. Week later still no call or response so I call the bank they are associated with explain to them and apparent they have a number to get through to speak with someone , because after that call I get a response to my email. I was told that they are working on setting up their customer svs department and I need to be patient.....They have my SSDI check that I can't access but I need to be patient. I dealt with it for two months and closed my so called account .Now I have a trust worthy bank I can call or walk in to and no issues, never missing money, always ****** customer service I would never suggest putting your money with them! They literally just sent me a message I'm delinquent my account .19 cents They can take it and use the hundreds stolen and stress caused by them They are not accredited BBB

I would not recommend this company to no one as they are a scam and there's they will steal from you every chance they an and they say funds process in 2 to 3 days what they really mean is we will give you your money when ever they want they make you upgrade every chance

Do not refer them to anyone!! Ive been paying into an account where I cant even use the funds or get a refund. They do not let you know that ahead of time. Be careful what you sign up for. They are BS

When I signed up they they I would have a credit line ****** I have been paying 20 every month for a year and I got nothing on my account said 2500 credit but I can't even use it so now I'm out of pocket 2000 dollars for no reason, if that was a subscription they need to explain better is not fair to pay that much money for nothing I can even get my $ back so I closed my account I can't afford to keep giving my money away
