    date of transaction was 12/05/2024 and it was only supposed to be $.52 but they went ahead and charged my account $48.48 because their website glitched while processing the $0.52 which they also changed **** need to be refunded! I feel robbed!

    Hello well I saw an ad on ****** and it said palm reading for only 0.52 . So I thought this was a terrific deal. So I clicked the ad and paid 0.52 .But then after that it sent me to another page that said continue so of course I pushed the button.But to my surprise I was just charged $48.00 !!!! For something I didn't even ask for or even know that I was going to have to pay for something else!!! If that was the case I would have never even pushed the ad !!!! The Ad was misleading and fraudulent. This is definitely a scheme. This business should be shut down. Well after I contacted customer support bot because they have no toll free number to call which is very suspicious. I was able to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund. And I was granted both by the chatbot. I'm sure they have a copy of the conversation. I was told I would have my refund within 5 to 10 business days. And my subscription was cancelled. But then I started to receive emails from **** app and they said my subscription was cancelled but I was not going to receive a refund. I explained that they're chatbot told me I would receive the refund .And From there it has gotten messy. They are wrong for misleading people and they are wrong for not acknowledging that they're own chatbot already confirmed that I would be reimbursed my refund. All I am asking for is the $48.00 in which I was fraudulently charged because they're ad was misleading and they tricked me. The only way to get my palm read was to push continue so I felt I was just going to get what I paid $0.52 for.

    I tried to cancel the account before the trial period was over because I never received my response to my reading. After several failed attempts to cancel I was then charged *****.

    I never downloaded the app and never signed up for a subscription. They charged and continued to charge me. They do not have a phone number that you can call to reach customer serivce. I have disputed the charges in my Apple Wallet but there is not a number or a resolution.     This is a scam website/ business, they will ask for credit/debit card information promising service but you will not be provided service and they will then instantly charge your card multiples times, my bank had flagged it as fraudulent activity and had to close my account due to this. When attempting to reach out I couldnt find website on search engine. Working with local authorities and my bank to have this resolved but would like to bring awareness so others do not fall victim to this fake website/ business.

    I am being drafted from my bank account from *************** the amount of $19.00 dollars every two or three weeks for a service or fee that I never authorized. I have spoken to the bank fraud department and they put a stop payment to this company but somehow they continue to draft this amount. I want them to stop charging me and refund my money back since the date they started charging me on 07/17/2024. Attached I went ahead and submitted copies of the bank statements that have payed this such company. I have called the number that I found on the merchants web site but they do not answer. I have also attached the web site that I found using the info on the bank statements.Thank you and I will look forward to a resolution.

    On 8/21/2024, I downloaded a trial version of the app. I committed to paying $0.52 for the free trial and inputted my credit card information. Immediately upon downloading the app, several pop-*** appeared. The pop-*** had boxes for charges pre-clicked, making it nearly impossible to navigate through the screens without inadvertently "agreeing" to a charge. Because I'd already inputed my information for the trial, they had my cc number and proceeded to charge me an additional $49.99 for a service that I did not want or ask for. I was in touch immediately to let them know that I didn't want the service and ask for them to reverse the charge, which they refused to do. This struck me as a predatory practice. Even though the money was relatively small, I'm furious that they went ahead and charged my card without authorization and refuse to refund, even though it was clearly a mistake. This business is clearly making it's money by tricking anyone who downloads the trial into accidentally clicking another box and paying more.

    Hint charged my debit card ***** on 8/19/2024. I never agreed to this transaction. I only used Apple Pay for $0.52 transaction and upon checking online I noticed a $***** charge I never agreed to. I never logged in to an account associated with this company and I never used any consultation with an astrologer. I had to go to my bank in person today to cancel my debit card and have a new debit card issued. I reached out to hint via email, the only method available to reach them. They refuse to refund me the $*****. I never used any of their services or even had any access to an account through them. They are literally taking my money without me even using their services or agreeing to the ***** debit charge. Im not interested in an astrology reading or any of their services.

    I've got charges coming out of my account from a company named Hint App. I have never heard of this company, and I've never authorized any payments. I've emailed them, at an address I found online, but have not heard back from them. I've tried calling, but the number doesn't take you anywhere. I just want my money back.
