      This is a homeowners insurance issue. We had damage to the house from a severe hail storm. Esurance has been unusually difficult to work with to repair the damages, and now appears to have disappeared. The do not respond to email or telephone calls, and they owe us money for repairs that we have had to pay for. The moved our claim to a "resolution" person who no longer returns telephone calls.We have filed a complaint with the state Insurance Division and are discussing the matter with legal counsel.

      On November 9th 2022 I hit an open car door traveling on ************* in ********Although this is automatically the fault of the parked car in New Jersey.Esurance refused to pay. Claiming that since the driver of the car was a third party meaning, he was not the primary insured. They did not receive payment from the insured parties insurance co. Even if the accident is not your fault apparently they are in the business of making profits by not paying claims. I read that they do not pay twenty proof their claims.Run dont walk from this company.

      This is a homeowners insurance review. We have been Esurance customers since 2016. In 2019 the sewage backed up due to heavy rain in our neighborhood which the insurance covered (the water heater, doors, couch and other things were lost). We had a sewage backup in the basement last month. I started a claim on 05/10 to get the basement cleaned and sanitized. I was contacted by a Esurance rep inquiring information and pictures/video of the damage. She stated several times that she would allow the claim if the pictures/video are up to her satisfaction. She would deny the claim if she is not satisfied with the pictures. This rep was also condescending and unable to understand what the claim was about. I sent over 30 pictures and a couple of videos. A cleaning company contacted me by phone and stated that they were sent by the insurance to get an estimate. They took pictures of the basement, my husband clearly explained we had water damage and he installed a water guard (which had nothing to do with the sewage backup or the claim). A couple of days later, the insurance rep called stating her adjusters sent pictures which showed water damage and she was denying the claim. She also stated that the pictures we sent were identical to the ones from 2019. She refers the cleaning company as her adjusters and her decision is based solely on their report. She was rude and condescending implying we were trying to commit fraud. I emailed her back requesting to speak with a manager and it has been over a week with zero communication from the insurance.

      My vehicle started on fire LAST JUNE, they marked it as collision (and I was not at fault) I have been trying to reach so they could fix it on their end - with no response to me or the new insurance provider. I cant get insurance unless I pay almost $400/month for one vehicle.

      They are theives and offer poor customer support! I had them for years, I was accident free and had no issues. My vehicle was hit from behind, the degenerate refused to give her insurance information. I filed a claim, paid my deductible and moved on. The degenerate's insurance company-All State contacted me. I responded informed them of her deeds. I tried to get reimbursed by All State their customer services was horrible. I tried following up with Esurance and was ignored for months.Second accident, filed a claim Esurance informed me my vehicle was totaled. This didn't stop them from deducting fees for two months after the fact, totalling over $800. Tried rectifying this matter with Esurance.com but was given the run around and ignored. I filed a claim with insurance.ca.gov, Esurance stated they weren't obligated to reimburse my payments despite them deeming the car unsalvageable due to some loophole. Never thought an insurance company I paid for coverage would steal from me. Esurance.com is a very corrupt company, please get your insurance needs from a reputable organization.

      My claims adjuster would not return my calls or emails. I would maybe get her on the phone once every five days. The collision center my car was in even tried. They called and emailed multiple times a day, and still got no response. Probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I will be changing my provider as soon as humanly possible.

      Esurance charged me for the wrong policy for 5 years, I called to cancel my policy because the new provider was the one that informed me about it.During my cancellation call I asked to speak with a supervisor and no one was available 3 days later today , a supervisor called me and verbatim said to me it is what it is, can't do anything about this situation. The charged me almost triple the amount for the wrong type of dwelling coverage. This is malicious intent on the sales reps from esurance, no ethics.

      Worst insurance carrier EVER! The team is made up of incompetent individuals who could care less about problem solving and customer service. To make a long story short, involved in a no fault accident with their driver, estimate was completed, the car arrives at repair shop , Esurance issues the check to wrong person at the wrong address, you the consumer must wait 10 days or more until they correct their mistake all while you accumulate additional chargesdont bother contacting them youll just be told maam, I dont know what elses to tell you.its been 17 days and Im still waiting Its clear why they have a 1.5 review rating. READ THE REVIEWSWTF???!!!???

      $1500 was placed on my wife's auto loan with this bank and after weeks of many calls and providing proof of auto insurance to this bank, on December 1st of week. It increased her auto payments from $568 roughly to $800 a month. They refused to communicate us through emails because of our deaf communication barriers. We tried to call their phone number on answering machines all the times. After 9 months, we make all payments on time without paying extra $1500. They decided to impound her new vehicle away and sent us a mail late notice. Our family member hearing person called them and gave her bad attitude with no assistance. We sent Esurance auto insurance for giving us a proof of insurance, calls, emails, and payments with green return mail signature bar code 9590 9402 7988 2305 0461 85 and article number transfer from service label at 7022 3330 0001 5518 5713 on March 29, 2024. Never getting a response back or receiving the green signature either. *** filed a court against my wife's auto balance at $12,628.03 and forced her paying her deduction from work about $400 bi-weekly. Stay away from this bank!!! Same with Esurance auto insurance too!!

      I was in an accident 3 months ago where an esurance driver was at fault. I can not reach this company on the phone and have not even had my vehicle looked at by an assessor. I have had to keep calling to ask for higher management and still never get calls back. Very unprofessional to say the least. I am forced to get a lawyer to handle an accident with a police report stating their client at fault.
