On or about 20 April 2022, I purchased an Otteroo LUMI for my baby that was born 5 March 2022. Shortly there after CPSC put out a warning generically about neck floats being unsafe. Now, CPSC has stated that the Otteroo neck floats specifically are not safe. Yesterday (11/22), I contacted the company via email; I offered to return the product the company and requested a full refund. The company refused because I was outside their 30-day refund window. I then contacted CPSC, who responded telling me to cease use and discard the item. I am infuriated that I paid for a product that if is not safe for use with this child nor any future children I have. I am requesting assistance obtaining a refund from this company. My order number is ORDER NO. #******. Given the safety concerns I do not think their response is adequate. I am happy to return the unsafe product to them. When I purchased it in April I even intentionally bought the bigger one (LUMI) so I could use it as my child continued to grow. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
