      This company charged me for a reoccurring subscription in which I had already canceled. The company also makes it very difficult to cancel your subscription. There are many ways to activate a new subscription on their website, but there is absolutely zero information on how to cancel it. That is an unfair business practice, by all means.

      I began business with Nurx in December when I was seeking help with adult acne. I paid the $35 consultation fee and was prescribed a retinol cream. I then paid $90.00 and was sent the product in the mail. In march I was charged $90.00 again and received a text message that a product had been shipped to my address on file. I had not had any contact with the company since December and in that time my credit card had expired and I moved. I was confused how an expired card could be charged for a product that I never requested, and I how could be shipped a prescription product without speaking to a health care provider. I reached out to the company twice and both times they were not able to help me. The first time I reached out to the company was less than half an hour after I received the text message that my card was being charged and was told that it was too late. I then received another text message hours later, after I had already spoken to this company on the phone telling me that the product had shipped. I told the representative on the phone hours earlier that I did not want the product, but they shipped it anyway. This company charged my expired card without my consent and shipped a prescription product that I did not request to an address where I no longer live.

      I believe Nurx is practicing bait and switch advertising. For example, I recently saw an advertisement for prescription Tretinoin through Nurx. The ad featured a tube of medication and showed the price as $30. This is cheaper than through a pharmacy so I decided to purchase it through their website. When ordering I agreed to pay $90 for a 3 month supply. Believing that his was $30 per tube I assumed I would receive 3 tubes of medication. When the medication shipped it was made clear that I was paying $90 for 1 tube. If the cost is $90, the ad should say $90. I asked to cancel my order and it was of course too late. I would like Nurx to honor the advertised price of $30 by issuing a $60 refund. I would also like for them to update their advertisements with the actual price.

      Nurx continues to execute false advertising. I stopped working for Nurx in September 2021 and they kept my name, photo, and bio listed on their website. My husband contacted the BBB in November 2021 and my name was removed from their website. However, Nurx has again listed me on their website as a doctor working for them in two states (********* and ********). I want my name completely removed from the Nurx website.

      I responded to an online ad for Nurx to prescribe the medication Prep. I was sent a Labwork kit and completed and returned it. The company said they would send my prescription by ***** but the prescription never arrived the first month. The company charged my insurance company for the medication. When I contacted them they offered to send a prescription to a local pharmacy but my insurance doesn't pay for 2 prescriptions for the same medication in the same month and out of pocket expense is unaffordable. I waited for the second month and the exact same thing has happened. They claim to have sent it, ***** received their shipping info but the medication never made it. Their shipping practices are suspicious. I paid $349 out of pocket for Labwork and I have received nothing. Next month they want me to repeat the Labwork at additional out of pocket expense. The company's published values of "patient first; dare to be better; in this together; own it; and, do the right thing are all rubbish and proven by their actions in this, and surely many other, case. Send my medication or refund me and my insurance company for what we have paid you.

      I requested an items in which was not filled. When I was informed what was being sent I requested a cancellation. They refused a cancellation and I told the company they did not have authorization to charge my card. They charge me anyways and shipped the item which they have stated isnt refundable.

      I was charged an amount that I did not approve of. I initially went to Nurx for a prescription and when asking specifically for it (Clindamycin phosphate) I was given another version of it and had to cancel a portion of it since I was prescribed another med despite asking for clindamycin. I was waiting on the receipt or total of the **** so I could see how much it would be. Today I receive a text saying I was charged 70 dollars yet on their site shows clindamycin is 50 at most without insurance. I got clindamycin benzoyl peroxide and never got an answer to my question about my skin. I did not want my skin to react to benzaclin. I tried to call asking to cancel but they said it was shipped already. Horrible. Never going back.

      I thought this would be a good and easy way to get birth control because I am a stay at home mother of 3 and can't always go to Apts. Before they even told me that my insurance wouldn't cover it and if I wanted to continue they already charged my bank account. I told them I didn't want to continue and would like a refund. They agreed and said it should be processed within **** days. They did this on 2/2/2022 and here it is 2/17/2022 and I have still not received the refund and the even worse part is I have no product for my money. I am getting very tired of businesses thinking they can do what ever they want with no consequences. If coming to the BBB doesn't resolve this I will be taking legal action.

      I created an account with NURX *** on 1/7/22 for acne treatment. I answered all of the questions they asked and was given a recommended treatment along with a prescription. They shipped the prescription on 1/10 after charging me for consultation, the prescription and service fees and was supposed to arrive on 1/15. After waiting three weeks with no updates I decided to email them and figure out whats going on. According to them the shipment was lost I asked if they can ship another prescription or give me a refund. They claimed because the prescription was shipped they wont give a refund and when I asked if they can just ship another prescription they just stopped replying all together.

      Earlier this month I attempted to get birth control thru Nurx. I paid the initial $15 consultation fee and then was told the rest would be covered by my insurance. They ended up telling me my birth control isnt covered by my insurance after all. I told them I want to receive a refund then for the $15 consultation fee as I dont want to pay the three months worth out of pocket. They never submitted a request for a refund like the one associate told me they would do and they wont respond to any of my messages asking about my refund. I just want to be refunded my $15 consultation fee as Im not using their service and wont be as the $15 is to also cover 24/7 access to doctors for questions on demand, something I havent gotten and wont get to use.
