This is subscription calendar update service. They appear to have ceased operation 12/2023 but have continued to bill my credit card. None of my calendars have been updated since 12/2023. But they did bill me the annual subscription fee in January. I cannot contact them. The phone number listed on their billing invoice does not work. I want a refund for the 2024 billing, and I want them to stop billing my credit card.Initial Complaint

I received notification that my subscription was coming up for automatic renewal. I tried to cancel that subscription but there is no way to do that on their website and they don't provide a telephone number for contacting customer service (or address or any company information), and they don't respond to emails either. I disputed the charge with my credit card and was just informed by the bank that they were reversing the credit it gave me initially when Stanza supposedly indicated that it would offer me a credit. I still haven't received it. I've sent more emails to Stanza and have not gotten a reply. Not a respectable way to run a business.Initial Complaint

My subscription was apparently up for auto renewal. I decided I wanted to cancel, but was unable to reach anyone via web links or phone. After a week of trying, the renewal charge went through. I disputed the charge with my bank. This is clearly a shady company!Initial Complaint

I received an email saying my credit card would be charged for a subscription I complained to the business since there is no way to cancel a subscription in the website and the phone number listed is disconnected. No way to get a hold of the businessInitial Complaint

A couple years ago I signed up for Stanza Plus, which for $12 for one year would load your selected sports team, TV or other event schedules into your ****** Calendar. I did not agree to automatic renewal, but the company has now TWICE renewed the service at $30/year. The customer service links and other contact tools on their emails and website don't work, and when I try to sign in to my account, the site times out. I believe it's a total scam and want my money refunded. However, they won't respond to my emails.Initial Complaint

I tried to cancel my Stanza one-year subscription many times over the phone in the past month.They have no phone service, and when I called, a recording told me to leave a message. I did several times, and still no call-back.On February 24, Stanza changed my **************** card $30. The fact that they have no phone service is incredibly suspicious. This seems to be some sort of scam that takes advantage of the elderly like myself.Business response
