    Absolute trash of a company. Had my order cancelled so I replaced it. Then I was cancelled again and the driver called me to say and I quote i am too scared of the dark to deliver the order. So its passed 9pm and they close. The next morning I order when they open at 9am. Dont get any info about when the order will arrive. At 12pm I contact customer support and they tell me that there are no drivers available to deliver. So they will take my order without even having someone to deliver it. Horrible customer service. Times are never correct. High likely hood of your Oder being cancelled without any reason. And really high prices for such a bad service. I really dont understand how they stay in business but I wish people would stop using them so they could go under and hopefully something better can be built.

    Dont order from them they sent me defective products and dont give refunds. They are very difficult to deal with. They dont care about you they deliver late and they charge an arm and a leg. You might as well buy from anywhere else.

    For a year now eaze third party delivery service has been delivering my meds really late. They advertise 60 min to 90min. Outsourcing delivery service has created a bad delivery experience. Please be more accurate with your delivery service. If you can't provide what you advertise stop telling customers you are reliable. Eaze you ****.

    ease sells dysfunctional vape cartridges and makes no effort to exchange them. they take zero responsibility for their product/servce and do not care for customer.avoid

    I have been a customer at ********************** for a long time as i have been fighting cancer. Some of their product isn't working after few uses . one of the items i have ordered was leaking oil as well as the battery stopped working and not charging. i have filed many attempts resolving this issue but after sending videos and pic i was told i need to save original packaging. Wait a min! do i need to save all the packaging just in case their product fails? if eaze can't stand by the product they sell why do we need to pay for the product that does not work?

    So I am 200 percent below poverty (who cares). I have been a customer of ********************** for 3 or 4 years (also who cares) I told eaze customer support that I'm 200 percent below poverty and can't afford my vape carts and vape oil that I used to buy and asked if there's a deal or a lower price I can pay than what everyone else that isn't 200 percent below poverty pays. And they said no. I stood up and went to the ****** meetings (access for safe medicine) in ************* to make sure businesses like this are protected but now I ask for help because I'm 200 percent below poverty and all I get is a F....YOU pretty much. All they care about is the money...that's how I feel....I need my medicine and I can't afford it ....what world do I live in.....I can't afford my medicine so what am I to do to get it....commit crimes?

    My Company was hired to provide weekly cleaning services for this company in ************. The first cleaning was done on 4/23/22. We did provide two other cleanings after this. I asked when we could expect payment and to this date we have not been paid nor will they give us a date when the check will be mailed. They continually apologize for the delay and that is it. We have never had any problems in over 25 years receiving payment from clients. This is a first. How sad as it appears they have some unethical business going on for sure. Stay away from this business. When I asked them if they allow their clients to run a tab for 60 days they said nothing. They want to drag their feet paying their vendors and what seems like many others but they want their money up front for their products. Very sad.

    False advertisement! Received a text saying I had a credit dropped of $200. I was so excited and logged on and to my surprise I had no credit. Reached out was told it was a glitch that was no glitch. Someone sent messages out- from your company with the wrong amount. If so the correct thing to do is to admit fault, apologize and honor your mistake. Instead I got this excuse of a glitch and the same generic answer - we apologize it was glitch that is not good enough!

    We made it known immediately that the credit was supposed to be $20.00 and that is what, in the end, was given to those customers who received that text. We sincerely do apologize for the mistake, that said, awarding thousands of people $200 for an honest mistake made by someone on our team is simply impossible for us.
